How to stay faithful and focused on God while switching jobs?

December and January are decision months for most people and I wanted to share my personal story of what it has been like trying to switch jobs currently. I currently work for the hotel industry and it hasn't been as glamorous as I thought it would be like. Most of all; it has been extremely discouraging trying to work little to no hours at times and bursts of working several days in a row at times. The hardest part about my current job is being willing to sacrifice a scheduled day off by force. I am currently in the process of returning back to Publix for a better paying job, consistent full-time hours and a much more consistent weekly work schedule.
