I think she will be an excellent mayor. She relied on those Commissioners whom she knew were respected and knew the job and didn’t fall for the bs. The Mayor also has a great presence.
Yeah, gun violence historically in Phila has decreased when a lot of bad guys get killed off. Then others come in and soon it goes back up. In Chicago, it does not woik dat way dey are out to kill every way every day. It just continues to accelerate for some reason.
