In Spain, income tax is retained, varying from 7 to 15%. This is applied to Sole traders when selling products to a buyer in Spain. This tax must be calculated by applying the tax rate to the selling value retained by the Marketplace and paid by the Marketplace to the Spanish Tax Administration. It is an Income tax, different in nature from VAT. I am using WCFM Marketplace, Woocommerce, and a couple of Yithemes plugins, one that handles the VAT for Europe and the UK, and another for Quotations. When using it together with YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, the VAT inserted by the customer can be shown on the invoice generated with PDF Invoices. However, these plugins do not manage the varying income tax by default so we invite you to contact our developers through the support desk explaining what you need to achieve.
