No one going to mention the fact the holding apparatus he doesn't even mention is a more impressive piece of fabrication then most completed builds, good god the talent.
This is an incredible project with an equally fantastic outcome! Well done! For the benefit of anyone else trying similar projects, as I only discovered this series last night (and binged it all), there are some things done that made the entire project harder. He talked about using a product he wasn't familiar with, but another thing that can be done to help removal is to take your blank (the Styrofoam part in this case) to final finish quality and use a lacquer all over like he did on the back. Polish your blank. Sure it's a lot of work, but the seal will prevent your release from soaking in and doing nothing and will also reduce the amount of time spent finishing the final mold. I've only worked on small projects, myself, doing cosplay props, but there is a world of difference when you do take your blank to a final finish. My car is getting over 12 years old now and needs some intense TLC. I think I might take a note from this series and just make a sci-fi/videogame car, too.
Can't believe you didn't look into the donor car until after making the body! What if you couldn't find a matching wheel base, your wheel arches would have been in the wrong place! That was a very risky move after all that work but glad it actually worked out.
lol - sold my RC-F and thought to get something a bit cheap, but not embarrassing to drive. After some digging I decided to buy R230 SL500 and this guy is going to use it as a donor for project :)
awesome !!!!!!! I haven't played cyberpunk but I was so excited to see this episode after so much work. I don't know why Yt algorithm did not recommend this sooner
the Mercedes would be a very neat Base especially if you buy a V12 put long tube equal length headers on it and it will sound like a F1 car. but you one piece shell is kinda problematic.
This section is where it all started to go sideways. A couple times I caught myself going "Noooooo!" having laid several fiberglass and carbon projects. This is one time where having someone who does this for a living is worth paying to have around. These materials are rather expensive and time consuming even when done right the first time, and shortcuts with cheaper materials almost always ends up with inferior parts (there's exceptions, but when you think you pulled off a miracle, it'll come back to haunt you later).
it amazes me how legendary this man is. he literally builds everything himself
This is one of the coolest and highest effort projects I have ever seen
this looks so nice. its unbelivable how cool this looks. i hope one time such cool looking cars driving arround
Then you have to appriciate original video author: th-cam.com/video/RPXCCe64fsE/w-d-xo.html
This looks absolutely unbelievably good. Amazing work, can't wait to see it get a drivetrain.
Man you're a magician... All along the first 7 parts i didn't expect such an outcome when you removed the outer shell. TOP QUALITY WORK
Idk how I stumbled on this page but this is absolutely nuts lol
That support structure you built there is just amazing.
The amount of work in this project is stunning.

Man if some day you need to sell the car, is a mandatory to see all these videos to justify the prize
Your skills, patience and dedication continue to astound me every video.
Man this is such amazing work, the endless hours are inspiring.

6:36 this time, I used the wax 😂 Amazing project!
Very good sir very good job
Amazing, cant wait till its finished
it amazes me how many things happens in a single part. Others would have made 10 videos from the same amount of content :-D
Class 👍🏎
Hi!!!! When is the Next cyber truck Video??? Also im a huge fan of your channel!!
😮 I only just now realized the process this whole project was taking. 😅 Good lord, this whole thing is even more impressive to me now.
lol - sold my RC-F and thought to get something a bit cheap, but not embarrassing to drive. After some digging I decided to buy R230 SL500 and this guy is going to use it as a donor for project :)
As much as it would make this a lot harder and more expensive it would be cool to put a Honda Vtec engine in this.
Cabrio is a good choice, it will only get stronger from here.
To get rid of the foam easily, he could've used acetone to melt the foam.
Hope your project a success
What's kind of hoping a Camaro or even a Firebird would have worked for that. Since that's what I figured that car was based on.
awesome !!!!!!! I haven't played cyberpunk but I was so excited to see this episode after so much work. I don't know why Yt algorithm did not recommend this sooner
This is really cool keep it up
so hard job ! congratulation
Is there anyway I can get the G-code program for this project?! This is my dream car.
first you get your wax or release agent on liberally and then you spray PVA, after that its gelcoat time and then fiberglass
the Mercedes would be a very neat Base especially if you buy a V12 put long tube equal length headers on it and it will sound like a F1 car.
but you one piece shell is kinda problematic.
Awesome!!! Tytanic job
I have a qestion... Bulding the body from my?? Cost?? I very intrasting this projekt

so cool!!
Wow! 😲
Wow 🤩
Bro made a rotisserie
Hey any chance of you selling the bare shells
You put more effort into this car than CDPR did into the entire game.
My body is also ready 😉
If I had the money I would ask you for a copy.
Honestly curious where you got that 3D render of the Quadra bodykit.
It’s in his first video from sketchfab
@@artnull13 Ah, alright. Thanks.
How much $.
Next time use a paint thinner on the goam. Even spray paint will eat that Styrofoam for breakfast.
Just an incredible amount of work to do yourself! Only in Russia! 👍👌🇷🇺💪🇷🇺💪
Sell the body kit? Make back some cash from spent time
