I tried everything today that I could think of 2 get beads in the rear tire of my motorcycle. No I never got them in. Wish I would have seen your video beforehand. I used to use a metal engraver but I couldn't find it anywhere. I try my clippers tomorrow. Thanks for the video
Just awesome. Just did it on my rear goldwing CT. The little beads must be drawn to the vibration somehow. They just marched right down the tube till they were gone!. Took about 5 mintues.
There is some obstruction in my valve stem....I removed the valve and the air flows freely. But when it stops there is something else inside there and I can't see what it is....I took some .20 wire and fed it in there and it hits something....not sure what....
Tires over 35" or 37" are almost impossible to balance with wheel weights. Most of the commercial tires are done with beads. My 40" tires didn't even fit on our balancer at my work lol.
TheMaineyak I’m getting ready to mount 35’s on my F150! They do fit on my balancer, but I do know they generally take a lot of weight! Good to know though!
I walk away with 22 bucks in my pocket. Where I live it cost almost $50 to get a tire changed on the rim and balanced. 22 to get it changed on the rim. Only takes 2 ounces of beads. Good to go .
great tip and job on video, but yours take 16oz per tire per Counteract. mine are 37 12.50 17s and they require 14 oz I m putting in 16oz in each tire. they have a chart to DL and print out. idiots that balanced mine with counteract only used 8oz BAGS and would not make it right when I came back the next day to tell them it was out of balance and shaking on hwy. tired to tell me both rears have radial separation.... fixed issue with 8 more oz go figure. again great video but check the chart.

Mike. First I have heard of these little beads. Cool stuff. Excellent way of figuring it out yourself.
Thank you so much!! I was having a fun time as well till I seen this way faster
Great video! This is why the internet was invented!

Ya know Mike tracks don’t need no stinking balancing , hope your well brother.
Never beleive it if didnt see it cause those beads are way better than weights
The MaineYak and his vibrator
What kind of sorcery is this? what makes them stick to the light side of the tyre?
I guess you also believe that the earth is round and spinning. You silly goose 🦆
In all my years selling tires, I've never used tire beads! Whats the end advantage?

How do you like them?
I tried this thay just plugged up at the valve stem
Anyone else get scared when the music kicked in at 3:11. For some reason I thought the tire blew even though I knew it had no air.
Oh yea lol. Headphones on. Made me jump big time. Then laughed my ass off.
SOOOOOOO what was the result?>? what a waste!!
