I've been contemplating planting up to a couple hundred vines to complement my fruit trees, brambles and raised bed garden. Having watched this series from the beginning over the last few days, I have to say the presentation, information and overall production is top notch. Hats off , and thank you, Mr Becker!

Wondering if that steam/condensate that is seen with the dry ice is ambient water vapor or grape water vapor? In other words, does dry ice takes any water out of the juice? Probably not much if it does. Interesting to test that though. Love this series. Very helpful.
