    Respected Mam, thank you very much for the valuable information that you have provided in the Video ,I want to ask you one thing, if in a criminal case , a accused is shown as "VICTIM two time" in charge sheet after the final investigation by IO in the chargshseet. The accused is not having any role in the criminalconspiracy/ activity, rather the accused is falsely implicated by the police in the false case and also the accused in question was trapped by main accused for his achieving malafide motives, can that Co-accused who is shown as VICTIM can get discharged from the Honourable court under Section 227 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure , I will be obliged to you if you could answer my query

      Yes, why not. If, the case has some merits toward the accused.

      @@BlackGownlaw Thank you so much , we have already filed the Discharge application and also the accused is shown as VICTIM in the Final Flow Chart prepared by the Delhi Police in the Charge Sheet
