Exactly. Impeccable, elegant pronounciation without any snobby attitude. Love your voice and way of speaking, Audrey. In addition to your exquisite, classic style - that is exactly my choice of style as well. Excellent channel that I really enjoy. 👍😊🌞
I love how thoughtful, economical and efficient you are about fashion. You send this lovely message about caring for things we already own and being really thoughtful about what we buy instead of just being a fashion slave or wasteful with money and materials. You’re able to combine all of these values without sacrificing the fun and art out of fashion, but it’s also about function following form. You’re like a personal style architect! Well done!
Thank you for expressing my thoughts so perfectly! I completely agree. I've recently cleaned out my wardrobe and am building a new one, approaching my style in the way that Audrey captures and inspires so perfectly. She is my new inspiration for caring about what I wear and how it makes me feel. Love!
Wardrobe planning became so much easier once I limited my closet to 3 neutrals and 2 colors. Different variations of those choices are what keeps things from feeling boring, but staying within those boundaries have kept me from spending too much money on mistakes.
I love getting into clothes that aren’t “trendy” anymore, but are completely our own style. I spent years looking for a jacket that was in style about five years ago and now is out of style, and I was able to find it inexpensively secondhand just recently! It’s perfect for me and I love it, and it doesn’t matter that everyone else moved on from it!
I agree. I absolutely HATED the super fitted styles that were in for so long, especially the absurdly skinny arms in jackets, so you couldn't even fit a sweater. Now finally the styles I like which are more roomy are coming back, but I was wearing them all along.
I subscribe to several style channels but, your channel is the one I return to over and over again, Audrey. I think it’s because your personal style truly speaks to me. Thank you for sharing your style with us!! Janita Panos (Toronto, CAN)
It’s a special occasion when your new videos come out! I savor each moment. I settle down in my bedroom, sometimes with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and mirror your video on my tv! I am so appreciative of how generous you are sharing your fashion tips. It really helps me to hear you explain your preparation, inspiration, how you make your decisions and get to see the final results. It really helps to see them worn, not just in a picture. The artistic quality is so high also - the accompanying videos, music, scenery and your beautiful voice makes it a truly inspiring oasis to journey too. I hope you never quit making them! Thank you very much!
i’ve started using your tips since your ‘how to look expensive’ video and little details like monochromatic outfits and having the shoes match the bag or even sticking with warm or cool colors throughout the outfit for the day, REALLY awaken the outfit and makes me feel a lot more comfortable and refreshed. now, whenever i run out of ideas for an outfit i just turn to your videos! Thank you, Audrey!
I love your sense of style and reference your videos often. I would love to see more about how you organize and store your wardrobe in your closet or otherwise. Thanks!
Being a classic-pieces person, I love that you continue to adhere to that, plus include a few trendy and/or updated pieces. Your approach to sensible spending, especially in our current pandemic, is so helpful!
I don’t know what I love the most about this videos, if her perfect voice and pronunciation ( I am from Venezuela and is very veryyyy easy to understand her and I am also learning how to talk properly :) ) or if her fantastic tips but I am not doing anything yet about it 😬 thank you!!! And yes please do audiobooks
I wish I could transport you Audrey. Transport you to my wardrobe and then I take you for lunch and we go shopping so you can help me and my mismatched chaos! Thank you as always for your advice. I hope get some of your wish list items xx
I love your advice about finding one's color palette - I feel I'm all over the place with color and drawn to so many things, and yet I wonder why nothing works with anything else! Focusing on a color palette will teach me to actually build a wardrobe as opposed to having a collection of random pieces. Thank you! :-)
Of course, I clicked the 👍before watching the video. I'm always pleased with your videos, Audrey, so I just saved the time of clicking it after watching. Thanks for sharing your useful ideas! 😊❤
Sling backs are always stylish. I had a red flat pair in the late 80s I wore to death. I had a black suede pair with low heel early 90s. I enjoyed this video. Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺 xx
Yes! like you I am longing for cooler weather in the south. Weary of the heat/humidity indeed. My job keeps me outside for most of the morning and I am wonked by the time I get home for the day. My solution...cool my little cabin down so I can wear my "new" gently worn brown speckled rather bulky cashmere cardigan by Elena Solano. Very 40's looking, I was inspired by the movie, "The Guernsey Literary Potato Peel Pie Society". Loved several of the items worn by the character Juliet. So I went looking. I found this sweater, a rural handmade look, meaning more functional than stylish, which I love and found a brown velour jacket like the one she wears in several scenes, almost an identical look, shape & fit. Absolutely cannot wait to wear it out....Think her costume jacket was velveteen, don't think velour was an available fabric in the late 1940's. Be inspired, view the movie, then read the book. TOTALLY Charming! Question Audrey.... You have such a beautiful style, look, character, What inspired the black blouse you are wearing in this video. It doesn't seem "you" .seems to counter your lovely happy personality....Is that tactful enough, no criticism intended.........much love, Peach
If you buy the classics you'll always be in fashion and they are your staple pieces. I'm like you Audrey love blazers, they are really versatile. Thank you for your video. 🌸🌸
Hi Audrey, firstly, i do appreciate your personal style. I felt a deep connection to it as if its exactly what i hope to achieve just that i havent realized how to fix and organize my wardrobe. Yours is as u said, chic and classy. The simple and natural make up says it all. No need to try very hard cause natural beauty and good personality always stands out.
wow this lady is quite possibly the sweetest nicest person ever. she is so excited and enthusiastic about her little wardrobe she popped up in my recommendation, not my style at all but I just love her voice lol
I'm with you on wanting the cooler weather; I bought a few sweaters and I can't wait to wear them. In fact, I'm going to go outside my comfort zone with one of them. The sweater is black & white stripes and I'm going to wear it with black button down shirt with white polka dots. Not ordinarily a fan of pattern mixing but I'm excited to give this a try.
I know this is an 'old' video and I'm late to the party, but just like your classic pieces this video has held up beautifully. Thank you for sharing, it's incredibly inspiring!
I also don't wear red often, I like also burgundy. I emember it was my school uniform! but I started to like it, cause I see it very elegant to style it thiis winter. I agree your point
I've been waiting to see your Fall choices on updating your wardrobe. I love your classic style Audrey. We have the same color pallet so it's always fun to watch you. I also like your soft voice. Thank you Audrey!
Always good advice! I am the boot queen! I tend to buy more boots than shoes these days. I like a Chelsea boot and have pairs in several colours. Looking for blue! I need a new blazer also and would like a nice skirt. I found a great site for tights, so I am not afraid of skirts and dresses. A colour palette is a sensible idea. Colours come and go and I want a cashmere coat sweater to replace my one I totally wore out! Can’t get black…pets! I am 65, but do not want to do frumpy so your ideas are stylish and helpful. Thank you for your videos!
The humidity thing really got to me. I always wondered why I liked cutting my hair shorter in winter while everyone around me seems to go shorter for summer. This was eye opening. Lol. I love your soothing voice and sunny personality btw ☀️🌺
I love your videos--from your sense of style, to the videography and editing, to the music selection--so very tasteful. Thanks for the effort and for sharing.
Urg , humidity urg , Audrey you can't imagine how bad and overwhelming the humidity is in Richard's Bay area in South Africa is 🙄 there it's impossible to wear dry clothes from my experience (without a car there I was less than happy with the humidity and I was not in actual Richard's Bay but close enough) , I totally sympathize with your reference to hair in summer , it's hot most of summer anywhere so it is very difficult to wear long hair down if you have to walk in the heat- I am so grateful that it's nearly fully autumn here because like spring it's the best time to wear decorative outfits that are comfortable- all the best though to you because now it will be lovely spring weather by you soon ❤️🌹
I love that you plan the season's outfits/wishlists! It makes so much sense. I also find that if there is someone I know with great style in general I may ask where they shop to see if it would benefit myself too.
I have never heard such a beautiful voice before.Your voice is so unique, very soothing and calm.i just followed you because of your voice and I'm sure your videos are great too🤗
Ok...so I am finally understanding the concept of a capsule wardrobe...FINALLY! My problem is, and I am sure others have it to... I don’t have the room to separate out for instance...a fall wardrobe capsule. This makes it hard because when I open my closet I see everything not just this seasons capsule. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem. Thank you for your lovely videos... you are so sweet and classy...I could listen to you all day!!!
Same here. I personally do not put things away. But I have a wardrobe with two doors, so basically two sections and I keep the current capsule in the left one and all my other stuff in the right one and switch. This makes it also easy to pull out e. g. a garment from my autumn capsule if it is still summer but a very cold day.
You are such an inspiration to me, not only for your personal style but also for your amazing personality. Amazing videos every time! Thank you for being such a great inspiration!
Very helpful video. The sling backs are reminiscent of the Chanel in the 90s, early 2000s. The Dear Frances shoes are very pretty and look comfortable. That leather blazer is gorgeous. I really like the blues & navy with the camel on top of your black & white base. The burgundy is PERFECT! Such a lovely capsule and very inspiring. I’m pulling out my black Longchamps purse with the tobacco leather handles- it’s a bit cliche but I love it and it’s the only time I wear brown. In small doses- those handles, some scarves and a deep amber beige suede jacket with 2 animal print tops in blacks, tan, browns. On top of my black, white & creams it feels fresh again. A few cranberry toned scarves, a sweater and another jacket and it’s feeling great for fall. I realized as you said that red was just too much why I wear my cranberry stuff far more than my reds. The cranberry is like wine or burgundy but a little brighter with a rusty undertone. It’s muted compared to true reds. It’s a less orange take on rust. And it’s easier to wear.
Thank you for sharing all of your tips! I have been watching your videos and finally started outfit planning. Now I have an entire powerpoint of my clothing and how to wear it! So fun!
I'm struggling a lot to choose a color palette for my clothes. I saw your color 101 but I feel like it would be nice to have a video showing clothes and how to combine them (which is the hardest for me) examples for cool and warm skin undertones (I'm warm undertone, I know my favorite color but having a hard time with the complementary colors) I found your channel today and I'm loving the content!
I am always surprised when people include slingbacks, loafers, ballerinas or pumps in their fall wardrobe...looks lovely, but my feet would get so cold! If its cold enough to wear long sleeves+ jacket it is time for warm socks. I practically transition directly from sandals to ankle boots because I hate cold feet. 😣 Any hacks or ideas what kind of shoes I could try that are not very robust and require styling with heavy winter fabrics? I get so fed up with wearing boots for 6 months!
So fun! My only observation of yours and others is that often your ankles are bare. I can't stand that when it's old. That makes booties and boots all that works for me here in Calgary. I just don't know what else to do.
I struggle with what my personal style is but I think you’re right....go to Pinterest, save everything I like then I’ll see a pattern of what I want my style to be. Cool!
I looove your channel! Its like we are having tea and just talking on my Living Room vibe. Amazing tips! By the way, love you with those earrings, you look modern and chic with them.💕😸😉
I've watched a few of your videos now, and I really like all of your advice and choices. I could use you as my personal stylist. I'm petite and small framed and I loved classic clothes! Thanks Audrey!
Hi Audrey, I really love the sling backs that you have . For some reason I don't think of sling backs when I shop for shoes. Now I want to keep my eyes open for a pair. Great video. xo, S
The perfect inspiration for me to start working on my Fall wardrobe. Love your methodical way of 'getting the job done'. I am starting to look at my closet as a tool for dressing 'better' each day. Thanks for providing great suggestions & making the transition into Fall a bit easier :-)
Thank you for inspiring! I always love your videos, so many things I am learning to try to help me reinvent my wardrobe , your voice is so soothing and your smile looks so sweet, good luck in everything you do.
I have always thought the color Green should be a Neutral color. Why you say? Will when I look at any Garden I notice every flower no matter what color it is has green leaves and they never seem to clash. I like to know what you think?
Would you ever consider making a video completely dedicated to how to create a colour palette? I see you mention them often, and I see the colours you choose, but I find it difficult - because there are so many I like. How to narrow it down?
The hair cut you're thinking of looks beautiful! I'm sure it will look very elegant on you, as does everything. Another great vid, you never disappoint!
Hi I love your videos I have been using this when selecting my clothes and I have been getting lots of compliments. Your style is classy I think of you as my personal stylist. Thanks much. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love this video: I don't put a cap on my camel / beige, colored *cashmere* cardigans. I wear them like unstructured blazers [think J. Crew's Juliette, collarless sweater blazer]
This is my first time commenting. I discovered you, Audrey, about two weeks ago and I could listen to you talk for forever! I have been trying very hard not to binge watch you, but I am close to it!:)) Just the way you express your vision and style is so refreshingly soothing, filling, uplifting and inspiring. You've made me excited about capsule ward-robing and fashion in general and I am looking forward to, working to discover my personal style and color palette. Thank you!
You always have such great vintage finds. Can you recommend vintage shops in the Charleston area that you frequent? Or do you do most of your vintage shopping online?
Hey Audrey, thanks for the video; it was very inspiring for me! One question came to my mind watching it: Do you have a video about how you store your clothes? Or where you share tips on how to maintain clothes in good quality? Admittedly, this is my weak spot. Thx!
I love your channel, now I’m inspired to sort out my wardrobe and plan for fall and winter. I’m lucky since I know my color pallet. Could you off er advice on wardrobe planning when living in a harsh climate. The goal is to look fresh and updated but at minus 30c sometimes you just throw on boots you can walk through snow with. I’d love your thoughts on this.
Her voice is so calming 😊 she could read audiobooks as a second job
Please do this, Audrey. I will pay good money.

OMG. I was thinking the same thing. I feel better just listening to Audrey as my background noise.

I still cannot believe that you're 5'3". You look so tall in your videos. 😁
Keep your weight down, and take pictures or video from knee level.
I know she looks so tall!
Evelyn Saungikar Yep! The angles she uses are genius.
Her proportions are a short torso and long legs for her height. Longer legs always makes people look taller than they are.
She has a short torso. It makes her appear taller. Longer legs

Aww you featured Sylvie! I love her style and she finds the best spots in Helsinki.
Sometimes I am just in the right spot at the right time...LOL and here you are...Big Hugs Angel...
Dina Wiltshire 🥰🤗❤️
Hi I love your videos I have been using this when selecting my clothes and I have been getting lots of compliments. Your style is classy I think of you as my personal stylist. Thanks much. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Wow! You are gifted & have encouraged me to get started with my wardrobe capsule. Thank you for your videos.
Just found you and I love your videos, very classy style. Love your backgrounds, music adorable personality. 😊
So calming.😊
Lovely pieces to your fall collection Audrey. Your new slingbacks are gorgeous. Thanks for the inspiration !!!x
Hi Audrey, can you do a video on wardrobe planning but with just skirts and dresses?
Love this video: I don't put a cap on my camel / beige, colored *cashmere* cardigans. I wear them like unstructured blazers [think J. Crew's Juliette, collarless sweater blazer]
i love your videos so much and your approach to fashion is inspiring and practical! (also love the plants and the white and blue vases)
The long inseams look great on you!
Thank you!
I've been binge watching all your videos.. love them all. You are amazing.. love you..
You always have such great vintage finds. Can you recommend vintage shops in the Charleston area that you frequent? Or do you do most of your vintage shopping online?
So happy to see this video!!! Waiting for it :) Thank you
Tinka Tinke yay! I hope you like it and thank you so much for watching ❤️❤️
you're so great. i really appreciate your work. keep it up!
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
I didn’t know Jeannette McCurdy watches this channel 😱
Hey Audrey, I love your fall wardrobe, but do you have any tips for wearing skirts in fall/winter... something stylish and yet warm enough?
Would you mind sharing where you got that beautiful prairie dress? I've been looking everywhere for something like it and am not finding it! :(
Hi Audrey. Like always, a lovely video. I love the format. Great info on how to organize for the coming season. Thank you.
What jeans are you wearing in the intro! They're perfect!
Absolutely chic video. It was pleasure to watch. I think the hair decision is right and wait for your new haircut! Have a good fall!
Hey Audrey, thanks for the video; it was very inspiring for me! One question came to my mind watching it: Do you have a video about how you store your clothes? Or where you share tips on how to maintain clothes in good quality? Admittedly, this is my weak spot. Thx!
That green coat looks so good on you!
YOUR SHIRT IN THE VIDEO
I love your channel, now I’m inspired to sort out my wardrobe and plan for fall and winter. I’m lucky since I know my color pallet. Could you off er advice on wardrobe planning when living in a harsh climate. The goal is to look fresh and updated but at minus 30c sometimes you just throw on boots you can walk through snow with. I’d love your thoughts on this.
Fáilte go hÉirinn! Where did you visit when you came to Ireland? Love that you bought boots ahead of the trip - a wise investment with our weather!
