You upgrade the gears you get from dungeons, with the materials you get from there as well. Just keep playing dungeons, I believe it'll unlock after you clear the lv 60s dungeon.

Well now you know 😂 plus you can unlock more outfits at your wardrobe with silver. It literally yells out there "can be unlocked".
