    sir the question 4 can be done in a easier way I think
    x^5-101x^3-999^x+100900=0
    X^2[ X^3-101x-999]= -1009*100
    since 100 is only perfect square factor of 10900 and x is an integer X^2=100
    x=+_10 we put value of 10 in the other part and find solution and -10 is neglected

    I know newers ke liye jab hamse bdhi mehnat se koi sawal bnta hya to sir us question ko bhot easy kaheke jo feeling atti hya vo achi nhi hogi kyunki hamne(newers) uus easy ko bhi karne ke liya sab kuch krte hain so don't listen sir voice when he says ¶ ye bhout easy hya u can do it without pen......... ¶. Sir is talking about those students who have enough confidence and practise that they can do..... First timers can't do it by just observering it but ya you will gain confidence by practise so don't love hope.... This was a situation I faced. hope u read it and. Just practise a lot..........

      Yup but abhay sir ke question sach me hard hote he rmo level ke isliye sir bolte thode halke question ko yeh toh aasan he but practice isi se hogi mene previous year question dekne mostly hamne lecture me hi kar liye he complete

      @@ShivanshsCricketShorts combi and geometry are the key to ioqm in other words u cn leave nt and algebra but combi is nessary bro work hard in combi and geo u combi is nessarity the weightage of combi is high.....

      🗿 And I am not aiming 60-70 marks I am aiming 30-35 marks
      Hence I am doing Number theory and alegbra and geometry
      Number theory Max to Max will come of 25 marks
      Still I have that 75 marks

    Sir in the last ques that u gave (USAMO 1984), the biquadratic eqn can be solved by using the four formulae of sum and product of roots. But sir, is there any other better or productive way of solving that question, if yes can u please show it?

    In fact 3 has factors 3,-1,1 but there are 4 terms. By php atleast 2 of them will share them

    Sir at Q.5, 46:00 there in question it is written that a, b, c, d are distinct integers, but just next it is given that p(a)=p(b)=p(c)=p(d)=5, that means that a, b, c, d is 5. So how can they be distinct?

      Say f(x) = x^2 then f(a)=f(b)=1. Then does a = b ? No, because a = 1 and b= -1 also satisfies the equation. So, p(a)=p(b)=p(c)=p(d) doesn’t necessarily mean that a=b=b=c=d.

      @@purshotamchandkaushal1210 let the roots be abcd, given that ab=-32. So abcd=-1984, hence cd=62. Then take product of roots taken 2 at a time. ab+bc+cd+ad+ac+bd=k, put the values ab=-32 and cd=62. Then after some simplification, you will get (a+b)(c+d)=k-30.(This is our first equation)
      Then take product of roots taken 3 at a time so abc+bcd+acd+abd=-200, again put the values ab=-30 and cd=64 here. You will get 31a+31b-16c-16d=-100(This is our second equation). Now we know that sum of the roots is 18(a+b+c+d=18). So multiply this equation by 16. You get 16a+16b+16c+16d(Third Equation). Now just add equation 2 and 3. So 32a+32b-16c-16d+16a+16b+16c+16d=188. Hence 47a+47b=188. So a+b=4, Substitute this value in equation 2, you will get c+d=14. Now recall our equation 1, (a+b)(c+d)=k-30. Putting values of a+b and c+d, we get 56=k-30. Hence K=86
