  • Well I figured, why not film while I strip the interior of the redline... sorry its choppy. This was not ideal, no extra lights or stable holder for the camera. My other one was too ackward to bring with everything else. I used a little mini one & it was not so good when I needed to have the camera up while I was working. As a result I had to do some cuts, zooms & choppy edits to the video to get things all together. My apologies. My stuff is definitely not professional, but this was a mess. But the info is useful. :) I will make a better one when I swap my own interior around. Now to figure out what I'm going to swap in. ;)

You are lucky being in the south. I usually have to use the big impact and sometimes sneak some heat into the junkyard to get seat bolts out of Vue's. The loctite on the seatbelt bolts sometimes takes some heat, as well. Why they decided to use those e-torx on the rear seat? I do not know. I took the charcoal carpet out of my doner Redline to a detailing shop and they cleaned it outside the vehicle.

How well did it come clean? This one stunk really bad & was faded badly where the mats were not. I so wanted it, but it looked like it was not worth getting.

Came out pretty nice other than a spot right in front of driver seat that has heel wear. The detailer said it would look better if I hit it with a can of fabric dye but I didn't want to risk it

@@charlesheinle9908Cameron & I pulled the carpet out of an 08. It was pristine. I'm going to see if by some miracle it will fit. Part of me is tempted to get this carpet as a back up... I just don't know cause it was so faded.
