La Loma, Quezon City is where I was born and spent my childhood years. Our ancestral house is still there. I remember growing up hearing pigs squealing so loud on the streets because they are being slaughtered.

This place I grew up 1947 to 1957. The street used to be called Retiro, until it got changed to Amoratto.😮😮 mang Tomas is were my mother bought the lechon. The Cock fight arena was next door. He used to call my mother Aling Bosiang.
