Let's give credits to these vendors. They are trying hard to do their work well. If you are cooking with oil with street carts, in restaurants or even at home, there are oil spatters everywhere. Most of them are doing the cooking neatly. Few are not so neat. But do we know what's going on in high class restaurants where we eat? I got sick for 3 days after eating in a very nice restaurant and got a very long hair in one classy hotel resto. But I never got sick after eating from these food carts during my college days. As long as the food is cooked well and they are not spoiled then it's fine. I don't buy if I have concerns about the food and the vendor. I like street foods.
These guys are trying to earn Money in an " Honest" way.

Taga 13th Ave, daanan ko rin yan si ate pag gabi dati, may nagtitinda ng balut jan sa tabi nya. Yang 12th Ave na food corner panalo, yung sa 14th, 15th din malapit sa palengke, daming kainan. :)

Ayos din yan kahit fried, hindi na masyado oily sulit ang gamit sa cooking oil nangingitim na wala ng bisa ang mantika parang tubig na lang. 😊
