    I immediately went and changed my alarm clock to bird sounds. Seriously. Because what helps Julia wake up at 6 o'clock is something that helps another normal human being waking up 😅😊 also the time stamps were helpful! Lovely documented. 😍

    Something you may really like is the moon journal by Yasmin Boland. I recommend reading her book "Moonology" to fully understand the concepts of planning based on your moon cycle. I've gotten a moon journal every year since 2020 and I would be lost without it.

    Hi! I saw your old video about naturally healing eczema and I would love to see an updated one if you have any more tips or anything? I'm going through TSW and really struggling with knowing what to eat/how to go about life when mt skin is so sore. Love u and your videos! x

    • @juliaayers111
      @juliaayers111  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey love!! I’m so sorry your struggling right now.. it’s not easy to live life in it’s fullest when our skin or bodies are in pain!!
      Number one, everyone is different when it comes to diet. However trying your best to avoid things that classically trigger a histamine response ( like alcohol, caffeine and bread ) can be a great start. Also including lots of fresh bright veggies and fruit.
      For me AG1 actually did really help me, ( this is not sponsored, even though I work with athletic greens closely, I did find a lot of relief using their product AG1 )
      I also eliminated a lot of harsher chemicals from my life, here are some examples
      • I clean with “natural” sprays or make my own using lemon peels, vinegar and water.
      • I use tru earth unscented laundry detergent
      • I buy “natural” dish soap from Be Clean and or The Earthling Co. ( it’s a bar dish soap )
      • I also use baby bar soaps for my body from Dr. Bronner’s, Be Clean, or the soap works
      • I’ve been using “the soap company” shampoo and conditioner ( which I think is unique to BC.) But I’m sure you can find something from Well.ca / iHerb or your local health store
      • I also only use shea butter or coconut oil ( when I’m out of shea butter ) to moisturize my body and hands. I just keep a little bit in a small jar in my purse or car!
      Let me know if any of this is helpful! Sending you so much love and healing energy✨💛🌞🥰

    As inspiring as these influence routines can be, please remember that this is unrealistic for most people who have a regular 9-5 job. If I wanted to go to a yoga class and do all the things Julia does in the morning and be in the office at 9, I'd have to get up at 5 or something like that and that's just not happening. Do what feels good to you and what you can sustain. Do 10 min stretch in the morning is alr amazing if you can incorporate it :)

    • @Baviskanna
      @Baviskanna 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah you are right she mentioned that everyone is different and just because she does something does not mean everyone else should. Also she did wake up at 6 was working by 9:30 so it’s not too far off from a 9-5 morning just depends where your priorities are

    • @BethAge95
      @BethAge95 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Baviskanna If you have the luxury of working from home. I need half an hour to my office with public transport or bike and many people need much longer to their workplace. She does mention it but it seems more like an afterthought. I just wanted to put the reminder here in case someone watches this and feels bad because they do not have the time, money or energy to pull of a morning routine like this.

    • @juliaayers111
      @juliaayers111  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I would like to say, this is a privileged morning 100%!! Before I worked for myself I could never do something like this because I had to be at work around 7 or 7:30. I would say if you do work a 9-5 and want to have a morning similar, then you can wake up at about 6, get dressed, have your vitamins, tea / coffee and journal for 10-20 minutes. Which will bring you to about 6:40. Then get yourself set up for an at home work out / yoga session that’ll be 20-30 minutes in length which will bring you to about 7:20. Wash up, moisturize and finish getting ready for your day and make yourself breakfast. This will bring you to about 8am and depending on how far you have to drive / traffic you are ready to go with time to spare😊
      ( I gave some buffer time in these time descriptions because I know I always move slow in the morning and things always take longer than expected! )
      Let me know if this is helpful! I don’t want to make anyone feel shameful about their morning, that is NEVER my intention! Sadly sometimes I create videos because they are popular on the TH-cam space, but please note, this is not my every morning, especially if I’m dealing with some mental health, need some extra rest or I’m on my period. Sending everyone love🥰💛

    • @BethAge95

      @K I'm not saying it's not possible, I'm just saying one shouldn't feel bad if the morning routine looks different and/or is shorter. It's not something that works for everyone (as Julia also said) and that is ok and there shouldn't be any pressure put on it just because it works for some people and is very popular on social media at the moment. It's great if it works for you and you can make it happen. But it's just not the right thing for everyone, even if they could make it work. Some people rather have a longer bedtime routine, or, like me, have some set routines for the morning and evening which are rather short and then spontaneously see how they feel that day and add some self-care in the middle of the day for example. It's all valid and doing one or the other doesn't make you better or worse or more "productive" (which we're all too obsessed with in my opinion anyway).
