    Nice video! What’s it like driving it in town with the non synchro on first gearbox?

      Cheers man! I haven’t found first to be an issue really, my sketchy brakes means the early braking very likely leads to pulling through most ‘stops’ in 2nd because it’s quite rare I come to a stand still really and second has a really great pull so yeah, first has pretty limited use but I’m going to look through these videos now and see if I’m lying through my teeth, haha!

      I drive a car a couple of years younger which has non-synchro on first. As said, you can pull away in second really easily when the car is warmed up. I do come to a lot of stops, but I found that by shifting down to second and then moving into first when stopped 99% of the time means no problem.
