Mushroom farmers in Rwanda use Chinese Juncao technology to cultivate the crop

Juncao, a grass native to China, has emerged as a powerful force in transforming mushroom farming. This technology, pioneered by Professor Lin Zhanxi at China's Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in the 1980s, has spread its roots to more than 100 countries.
