Just done 2 weeks here, it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever been the food is perfect, the rooms and the drinks are excellent, the pools and the swim up bar out of this world, the beach is fantastic, entertainment is superb, it’s so clean, I can’t fault the place or the amenities, it’s paradise, now the only bad thing is the absolute blatant stealing, we caught a cleaner going through our draws and we had t shirts and razors stolen, it was all over the hotel, but apart from the stealing, it’s pure paradise, I ended up putting all my clothes in my suitcase and so did my wife, we did dolphin cove, the raft , the horse riding, dunns river and 9 mile to pay my respects to the man, and that was all superb, as soon as you learn how to interact with the locals then it’s superb, but is paradise, and when you go into shops prices double or even treble, will I go back no, I don’t like a thief, but it is paradise and I’m glad I went, but sorry Jamaica I won’t be back
Sorry the experience was bitter sweet however you need to report it to management via calls and emails because the product is a very good one. We cant allow a few bad eggs to spoil the brand.

Thanks for sharing! How is the food situation? Lineups at the buffet, a la carte restaurants - are they hard to book? Or can you just walk in? Oh and the big slides at the water park - what's the age or height limit? Can kids go on it? I think your son went in the video - did they ask about his age before letting him on?
The food is good, the lineup at the buffet is well organized and tasty. You book a few restaurants but most you just walk in. The steak house and Asian are a little wait. There is a slide section for kids and a bigger one for teens and adults however they will find out if you can swim before going into the very big slide that looks like a tub. We are not sure of the height limit if there is any. They do ask before the kids get on.
