As for the food, I can attest to that because it took me several days to find some real Jamaican food, and there was always an issue with the elevator. Although the entertainment ends early, the performers/staff are very pleasant. I'm sorry to hear you're having this experience, try getting out and exploring since it's located in Ochi near Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Margarita Ville, etc. 😊
