    Great episode. I'm trying to get better with the Vanguard but having a real tough time against just about anything. Would love to see a reverse of this scenario where you are piloting the Vanguard against something nimbler, or against a hard hitter like the Ion.

      I totally second this o7 :)
      The Warden and Harbinger are big favorites of mine (looks and interior also taken into account for general usability).

    you can change how you reticule works? i see you moving your crosshair so the small red reticule goes on the target. i put my cross hair on the red reticule which seems ahead of the targets directon of flight. also how come sometimes it'll go from being a wide open red/green reticule...the range wont change but sometimes it goes completely closed, as in youll miss if you shoot even tho youre on point. like they arent even moving but it'll go from being completely a small circle to being open indicating you will hit if you fire.

    Hey! I am enjoying your videos a lot! I like the format and your style, that is why I have a request. Would it be possible to show us how to work as a good team? Including coms, movement so that you don't crash while on the same target in close combat, target picking, wing-man tips and formations, different types of ships according to a mission and formations for that too (like UEE Pathfinders almost do in their vids). It would be greatly appreciated by many I think. I couldn't find something relating to any of the above in your videos, only 1vs1 or 1 vs many. Can't wait to see what you can teach us in a future series like this. :)

    hmmm - what if turrets in heavy fighters are manned - what is the advice in this scenario, as theoretically they will have the ability to hit back at all times. (assuming the gunner & pilot are good)

    That technique your using of avoiding rounds only as much as you have to carry’s over to martial arts or Vice versa. We call it your aurora in Ishinnryu. If someone throws a punch that is going to miss you even by an inch then you disregard it and counter attack. (Easy concept to grasp very difficult to master distancing down to inches like that. That’s a very general way of putting it ofc. It’s not every situation. But that is a core fundamental to martial arts.

    Yup deflection shots with an energy fighter against an angles fighter. Just like in WWII, you turn with a zero, you lose. I don't know. I feel space fighting versus dealing with having atmosphere and gravity, its kind of dumbed down the art of dog fighting a bit. A lot of people think the art of dog fighting peaked during the Korean War.
    Do you think they will add a scenario in AC with gravity and atmosphere?

    Hello i'm from southkorea and i really like your video! Well i have some questions. In tier list video, gladius was s tier, but most of your video is arrow. Is there any specific reason why you prefer arrow than gladius? And if you recommend one fighter for me, what would you recommend? I am not a good pilot as you are, but someday i want to be like you.

    • @Avenger__One
      @Avenger__One  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Arrow is smaller, more responsive and with a better weapon loadout BUT! Gladius is better, I just prefer the feel and challenge with Arrow

    Wish I could practice "less is more" but with digital input it's all but impossible to control roll speed :/

    • @Sattorin
      @Sattorin 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      With pitch rotation stronger than yaw rotation, and up strafe better than other strafe, it's basically impossible to perform at a high level without an analog roll input.
      Personally, I prefer m/kb over sticks, so I got pedals for roll and they work really well. But you just won't get far without SOMETHING for analog roll control.

    • @Sattorin
      @Sattorin 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vorm17 I hear you... I just didn't like the stick at all, so the pedals worked out great. I spent a little over $200 for the VKB T-Rudders Mk.IV and they were TOTALLY worth the money. The quality is excellent, they're responsive, durable, and don't have unnecessary toe pedals since I only use them for roll axis. The form is relatively flat too, which I find really nice (foot position doesn't rest at an uncomfortable angle) 10/10
