Birthday Gift I wished for

For the past 3 years I have mixed and kneaded by hand which I love to do, hands in dough is a happy place for me. Over the past few months as I share my Sourdough with others I have looking at a new mixer. We planned to get this one next month; however, a sale happened that made it possible sooner.
