If you had a mini skidsteer to load the mulch instead of hand loading from the trailer, it would save time and energy. I think I'm going to get one and one of these carts!

I like it but not being able to get a full dump of the material is a beating. They need to improve the design so you don't have to move again to get the last bit out.
Right? That's so annoying. Also, I would suggest a tailgate style front side so you could rake the material out as needed instead of having to dump it everytime.
Great video how is cart mate in wheel barrel mode how's it compare to traditional two wheel barrels .. I'm considering getting one and using as a wheel barrel half the time
The problem with front mounted accessories is they are too far from the drive/steer tires. It is so much better if they are mounted behind the mower. Turn faster, no spinning, smaller turn circumference, and much less stress on the transaxel mowers. Pump and Wheel motor mowers can handle more stress, but very few small mowers are equipped. Stand backwards on the platform and reach behind to drive the mower. The issue is building a custom rear hitch for every different model of mower. I have a pr of z2s and built one hitch that fits both and it was a game changer. I have the blower buggy from jrco and i built a small frame to swap out the blower for a rubbermaid 10 cu ft dump hopper for mulch, pine needles
Dylan, how many pitch fork scoops fit into one load? We are looking at condensing mowing routes to 3 days and opening a day or two for landscape enhancements.... Trying to boost profits, use mowing to get into the property and then upsale to make the property pop
That is not a bad idea at all! I believe this unit holds 10 cu-ft.

What type of ramps did you use to load your stand on onto your truck and do they hold up very well and what’s the weight limit per ramp
I think I got these at Rural King years ago. I don't recall the weight limit per ramp but these do not budge or flex on bit with the 36"

You need one guy delivering the mulch and one guy raking it. The guy raking it should dump it and rake it.
I want to see that on different type of beds , for me is too complicated, I rather to used the regular wheelbarrow
Not a bad product but it’s only good for mulch if you put RCA in there or topsoil it’s gonna be way too heavy for one person to dump it
I’ve ran #57, #9, #4, and top soil with this. Works great. Know your limits and don’t overload it. No different than a skid loader. Only has so much capability.

Seems like a great idea but at I'm thinking due to the distance from where the front castor wheels are to the working hydrostatic drive wheels on the mower, this puts a ton of wear and stress on those pumps. Unfortunately a no go for me but thanks for the video.
I'm be curious to see some stress numbers with different distances/positions of those front casters.

I think I bought these years ago at Rural King?
Works but. I don't think that can handle it with rock or dirt = to havy for a plastic thing
Actually it handles it quite well. We’ve ran 4’s, 57’s, 411’s, topsoil, etc. it does fine. You just have to have a strong enough machine to run it. The kartmate holds up just fine
Get a gator with dump bed
That would not be a smart investment on our end.

Not even. This is worth its weight in gold. Not having to push a wheel barrow AT ALL. Efficiency is king. You will make the cost of this unit up in saves man hours in no time.
@@D.Stephenson yea but its still pricey, i get it if you can afford it, i would rather sink that kind of money into a down payment on a lawn mower itself, $1800 to $1900 is way to much for this thing, i can do just as good with anothe tow behind cart for $400 or less.
@@markgurley1870 a tow behind cart isn’t even in the same game as the Kart Mate. The capabilities of the kart mate are 10x what a regular tow behind cart can do.

@@markgurley1870 as you spend $1,900 on a down payment for a service (mowing) that has the lowest margin in the industry, I will gladly spend that on one of the most profitable services(landscape enhancements).
