Smaller master will provide more High line pressure more stopping power depending on the drums and or calipers were the chevy master cylinder will be able to push a higher volume with also high line pressure with a stiffer pedal depending in the line size and drums or calipers

Your "not on my watch" gave me serious flashbacks. Does anyone else remember the "Not on my watch, not on my ship, not in my Navy" antidrug campaign? It was the Navy version of "just say no" only with a "or you'll end up in the brig" implied.

Excellent video Issac :) that so nice brakes fix also resivor daul port works nice and what say without engine running pump up pedal till tight then start up and try drive also see pedal feels like too! You may have do again and pump pedal then bleed after try then do pedal again too plus road testing too! I always like 1/4 pedal on to stop for on front and back on power or manual brakes so if need more pressure you stop quicker!

I love those trucks. That ones in awesome shape Isaac. My old boss had one and I worked on it for months. We converted it to 12 volt and it was a big job. An Electrical shop rewound the starter and we put on a GM one wire alternator. If I remember right all the bulbs had to be changed out. We put in H4 headlights and LED trailer lights on the rear. I also put on a new top and seat covers. I built a wood console for a radio, speakers, and cup holders. I upholstered it with part of the old seat covers. I painted a white star on the hood. It was already OD green. I came into work one Monday morning and it was gone. He sold it. Boy was I pissed. I would have bought it. I love your videos because of your variety. How bout a shop tour of your other projects and plans. You lucky duck, you got TWO 57 hardtops. Lol. American icons in my opinion. Love me some tri 5 Chevys

I worked on the trucks at MMD at Fort Bragg in the early 70 s . The cam would wear out with hardly any miles on it. And the transfer case mount bolt holes were drilled through , could not stop the oil leak in that area, but they are good looking trucks.

You can always add a power steering pump to the equation and install power steering the other way you can go is to install electrical power steering which doesn't require the installation of a hydraulic pump which might mean you don't have to make any new brackets for the engine there's two ways to go about it hydraulic or electrical and I know you could do either one if you want it to. Have an excellent day Isaac love you videos and also I love cars and cameras videos too

@@joejakubec9708 None of my trucks had power steering. My 90 Dakota had manual rack and pinion steering and I could parallel park into the tightest spaces in Boston. Now today I can't do it in Florida even with front sensors and a rear camera. And I can't do the clutch anymore due to my left knee injury in a head on crash in 2001 in my 96 Saturn 5 speed.

Fast forward to 16/17 i ended ul with a 5.9 amc jeep so in the end alls well i guess 😂

This is the kind of upgrade that is a no-brainer IMO. if you can significantly improve safety then screw originality.
We don't live in the 1950's anymore , traffic is way more crowded, people drive faster and careless. So this upgrade is great and will give the driver of this truck an additional safety reserve. For whenever it is needed.
