I never comment on videos. But I'd really like to thank you for your videos lately. They've been a major source of peace for me, and as I've watched you for 7 years it's been a real sense of familiarity too. Thank you Klaire. Best wishes for you and your family during all of this
Wonderful job! I started a garden when this began and my oh my has it been a struggle. My beans are being eaten by bugs to the death. Remember that vid you did about doing a project that takes 15 mins a day for a week thing? One of the projects I did was take apart a pallet and make a raised bed out of it. I haven’t built anything since woodworking in high school. It was freeing and frustrating and forgiving all in one. Thank you miss K. For being so motivating and just sharing your journey in this crazy life we are living.
Yes! So excited for you guys! The secondhand feeling of accoplishment is strong in this video and I love it! My family also grows our own vegetables,Hoping for your bountiful harvest
Thank you for sharing! Love being able to witness the transformation between a "regular" garden to one where you can grow your veggies. Are you planning on doing updates?
I love this. I'm so proud of you guys! I wish we had our own place to do this, but that is several years away. I do want to give a bit of random advice: if you would like a bigger baby jail for when youre working outside, PVC pipe is fantastic for that! There's lots of how to's on Pinterest and when your son grows out of it, you can use the pieces for the skeleton of a fort! We did it a couple of years ago and our kiddos love it. I wish your garden well!
I love your videos so much! I'v said something similar in your comments before but i'm just so impressed with how you've adapted throughout the years on TH-cam! Your garden is looking great so far. I'd love yo see more videos like this in the future, as I am doing similar work in my yard! Keep it up!
Thats so cool... i just started gardening myself this year, its so soothing and gives you such a feeling of accomplishment once things start to grow. Also great for getting more in touch with nature. Keep up the great work, the result looks very promising!!
I just love the content!! Kudos to you both....my hubby and I have been together almost 30 years, and we probably would have killed each other putting that up hahahahaha
An idea for the raised beds. If you plan on putting them very tall I would suggest feeling the base with scrap wood like logs and branches so you don't need as much mud. And it will break down over time
@@KlairedeLysOfficial it is but I couldn't remember the name LOL. Also I'm not sure how a greenhouse would cost more but I would build it out of two-by-fours. And just wrap the entire thing and plastic like my neighbour did when I was little
So utterly beautiful, I'm glad you guys were able to do this. It really is amazing, we have space in our house to grow thing but I've always said I'm a plant killer and I worry ill kill my plants before they get a chance to grow 😅😅😅
Do you have deer or elk and can they bust through? Also raccoons? Can they get in? Looking at official greenhouse for those reasons but if poly will protect...🤔
I live in England :) We don't really have elk or raccoons, some deer, but the only thing we've even gotten in our garden are hedgehogs, pheasant and bats.
athena4gd she calls him “Corazón”, which is Spanish for heart. A few years back on her instagram, she said that she was never going to say his real name on camera, or Potato’s for that fact.
I don't say the names (or show the faces) of my family. Especially my son. It's not safe and I don't want my son to grow up with his picture all over the internet.
just a random question... how do you afford to live in the house that you are. like you used to do youtube as a part time career but now that you dont.. what work do you do?
I've been saving for a house since I was 16, so that helped, but really the only way we were able to afford it was because the house was very old, had a lot of problems and the area has a lot of problems/drug issues. Not many people want to live where we do.The boiler broke a month after moving in and the central heating two weeks after. We had no hot water for a year because of this. The roof has a leak (I say a leak, it was a bloody crack you could stick your arm through that went from one side of the gable end to the other) and needs to eventually be replaced. We don't have a car either and walk everywhere (which I'm glad for because that thing was a money pit). Not easy, but it's what we had to do to. So the short answer is luck, working towards it for a LONG time and living very frugally to be able to not be renting.

I'm definetly getting a second-hand feeling of accomplishment from watching you set this up :) All the best!
It makes me so happy to see you build the life you've dreamed of
don't mind me, just living vicariously through your accomplishments
I felt emotional (in a good way) watching this. You and your family are on the winning track and I have so much admiration for everything you do !
That water droplet effect at the end was too smooth
Yes i thought that too, it even made me smile.
Her son in the back with his wheely cart thing: I’m helping :D
What a wonderful family... Even your son pitched in to help daddy.. stay safe everyone
I love seeing families working together to achieve a common goal. A family that works together, stays together.

Such a huge project! Can't wait to see what you plant in them! :D

This was such a cute video and seeing your little one wander around and explore was just the cutest ❤️ I can't wait to see an update!
Gosh how far you’ve come since that first terminator video I saw of you all those years ago! Your garden is huge!
Way to go guys! It’s looking fantastic I can’t wait to see the end result ❤️
I love watching these videos, it makes me happy knowing your dreams are coming true
Wish there was a love button to smash! Thank you for sharing your ideas and projects, so inspirational! Can't wait to see your vision ❤
Thank you for sharing! Love being able to witness the transformation between a "regular" garden to one where you can grow your veggies.
Are you planning on doing updates?
Yes, I am. For the moment I'm thinking of doing six-month updates since we're doing so much in the garden.
I can't wait until my boyfriend and I get our own place and can do this

Your videos are so so so calming especially in these crazy and uncertain times! Hope you guys are staying safe and doing well
Hope you and your family are doing well at this time. Love your videos and let tomorrow be a new day.
OMG Corazon's first cameo!

That is so wonderful! Can't wait for the update! Also it seems like the tunel got ready just in time for the rain!
I just have one question... how the heck did you lift the tree stump??? Amazing video
This is awesome! Can't wait to see what you end up planting and growing.
My grandad had a greenhouse when I was younger, it didn't have a base , he just planted directly into the soil. Never had any issue with it.
You guys did a great job building the poly tunnel, did you make the slotted post’s for the compost bin!
Woah woah woah! There is no way Potato is already old enough to walk!
Little dude is starting to talk too!
Your videos gives me life.
Would love to see the end result of your garden!!

Exactly what I'm planning on doing. I think that method is called hugelkultur.

Thats some rocky dirt! I would think youre out here in the Southern California desert watching you guys dig.
Oh it's awful soil! It's one of the big reasons (apart from not doing my back in) why we're planning to get raised beds.
Omg Potato walking around 😍😍 Sorry, Klaire.. but he grabbed my attention on this video 🤣😂
this is so cool! congrats on getting it all set up
"the worst set of instructions ever".....totally agree, I'm here watching this because I bought one of these too !!

Very nice greenhouse
That's such a nice setup🌿
Ooooh I can’t wait for the update!
That tree trunk would be a cool faerie castle. I wish I had a greenhouse, can't wait to see what you come up with.
i love your videos so much! the vibe, your voice, everything is so relaxing and you seem so nice!💖💖
This is so amazing! So happy for you ☺️
We have finally seen your hubby! Will you ever make a video with him?
Where did you get the metal framing material
Would love to know the background music you used
It's called Song Of Mirrors. You can find it on the You Tube audio library.
@@KlairedeLysOfficial it's beautiful for gardening videos!
Good job!
Your Potato was so cute in this video lol 💕💕

incredible work! shame about the polycarbon
When she was moving that trunk in sandals and her toes were out.... 😱
Sorry, not trying to be too nosy, but what’s your hubbies name?
