I offer you respect and gratitude for the information you provide on this useful channel, and I thank you very, very much with deep appreciation for you and your information.
You followed the diagnostic procedure, but because of "limited" service information, you did the best you could with what you have thete. Customer may be back later so documenting the work order will help in the future if the car is brought back. Intermittent are a Pain In The Ass and Time Hogs usually. Thank you for this video.
Yup I remember diagnosis a fuel pump level sender on a macan that had a new pump from the dealer for the sender concern. The IC had to be calibrated after changing the pump and with a empty tank to do it properly. 🎉 got to have that service info or a community that is familiar with the systems we are working on
❤Mario thanks again. I have same intermittent fuel level error light deal in my 2015 Cayenne turbo. It just goes away after a while so I will live with it. Only once and a while. Yes Mario you should charge for diagnostic work. All Data looks interesting!
Mario, great video once again !!…I hear you’re having a C7 Corvette coming into your shop next week…a P0300 and maybe a B1325 with a U0078…maybe a video on this one…LOL !!
Worked on these. Just disconect the plug behind the drivers seat. It should give you an error about that sensor (1 or 2) so you know which levelsensor is witch
They can wait until it’s broken or pay for investigation via disassembly. Either way it’s a service and we need to get paid for our time. With or without a resolution!
For BMW they have fuel level sensor 1/2 . Test plan wants you to measure resistance .(Check wiring from BDC to fuel level sensor) substitute variable resistor from 90ohms to 900ohm . Then check wiring from BDC to wiring. And Kombi. I did all that for CX. No fault found . Ended up replacing fuel level sensor. Still intermittent not working . Ended up programming BDC to fix the problem.. like you said . Euro can be tricky sometimes
Great video 🤗💪thank u for your time,,, Mate my 2013 porsche cayenne gts coolant flush done Airbleed all went good so far 🤗 now do I need use my scanner to do any kind a reset or something??? Thank youuu again Cheers Matt 🫡
I have an intermittent fuel level sensor circuit/performance code on my 23' Atlas for some reason but the fuel level gauge is fine, never acted up. Weird.
In the back of my head while watching I was thinking it was going to be the passenger side, since Porsche is a EU vehicle, so driver's side is normally our passenger side.
I think it was fair to charge her for what you did. Someone else probably would’ve thrown a whole fuel pump on it and still not fixed the problem. You only charged for what was done and your time.
If she is getting other work done, in some cases money is tight and you fixed what is more important. Great video!

Nice Diag Mario def a great way to showcase what happens if you don’t charge for your time accordingly.

Was there any pids in the scan tool that could of helped pinpoint which one was which?
your lucky Mario, in UK , we dont get Porsche in ALLDATA... .. SUCKS, good job
Naic information sir and veri good
could the wiring connectors be swapped between 1 and 2 see if fault moves
I think you need to pump out a Rolls Royce video!
Cylinder #1 is on the passenger side if that helps

Did you try code description and operation?
Check out the end of the video
you trust your scanner to get it right??? more than once i've seen scanners bite
He didn't. He disconnected one of them to check which one it actually was.
Couldn’t you just do GFF in piwis or whatever?
I can change out the sensor in the same amount of time it takes to scan the car with piwis lol
