Loved the video, the bit by bit moving. And cherry on the cake, the thunderstorm, the rainy vibes, I know it had put a halt in moving, sorry for that.
Would really love the full tour, waiting already.
Keep up!
God bless you!
Thank you we appreciate the kind words! Tour coming tomorrow! Can’t wait to share it 🫶🏻
For the spice rack, you can line the bottom with strips of rubber or silicone and the items wont slide back and forth. You can also use a curtain tension rod mid hight when travelling to keep the spice bottles from falling out. If you have a cabinet where you have wasted space on the top half, you can use tension rods to create a shelf and store lighter stuff on top of it. You can also use them to hang light weight items for storage or even to dry items in your bathroom if needed. They are very usefull.
Great idea! We used a tension rod to keep our air fryer in place on the many washboard roads we went on in our other camper.
Thank you for the advice!
Congrats on the new camper. Seem's like it was just a week or 2 ago that you moved into your last one.
How time flies.
Thank you so much! Crazy to think it’s been almost 3 years! Time really does fly.
I’m not sure I could live that small full time. It would have to be My Part Time Adventures. 😊
it’s definitely not for everybody but we love it! We do our best to live out of the camper and spend most of our time outside!
Hey into heartless curls- you won’t need the curling iron ever again- and it’s so easy and gentle on the hair
Yes!! I’ve tried them before with socks because I saw someone else do it and I liked how it turned out but I definitely want to get the actual product. Do you have a recommendation?
I think I've seen this camper truck parked at the Bike Orange Trail by Oakland FL on Memorial day... we went biking there for the afternoon.
Hi!! That wasn’t us! While we are from FL, we’ve been in TX the last 2 months!
Awesome to see new rig. Good to see someone (couple) be successful during these times!! I thought flat beds were difficult if not impossible to insure?
Thank you! We’re loving it. The flatbed was fairly easy to insure! The truck is insured through State Farm on a personal commercial policy. The camper is insured through Progressive, they’re the best!
@@OurFulltimeAdventure Ahhh I see, so if you have a business you can get it insured under that a lot easier than if it were personal. I did not think of that.
We don’t have it insured under a business. It’s insured under our names that’s why they call it a personal commercial policy.
@@OurFulltimeAdventure Oh, ok, interesting.
I've done this before. I put the truck and old camper backed right up to the entrance of the new camper and placed a 2"X12" board between them. worked slick!
We wanted to do this but still wanted one to be plugged in for some AC relief from this TX heat! Great idea!
Not sure if you still travel in your truck camper with your kitty, but I would love to hear more about things like the litter box set up, where/how you fed the kitty, etc from when you did have the cat along with. Thank you!!
We did have our sweet Kitty with us for the first few years on the road. Unfortunately she passed in 2023. We did a cat door on our bathroom door and had her litter box in there.
This camper we would’ve added a cat door under the dinette and put her litter box under there but unfortunately she isn’t with us anymore.
Aw, sad to hear about Kitty passing! But thank you for responding, I really enjoy your content
Yes we miss her everyday! Thanks for watching! We appreciate your kind words :)
Awesome video
Thank you for the kind words!
I am surprised you went with the 820 again and didn't upgrade to a 920 with the newer, bigger truck.
So many have said that. We love the 820 layout!!
We may upgrade in the future to the 920 though! Who knows :)
Just subscribed….. include a video of how much your 820 weighs fully loaded? Thanks, enjoy your videos, I’m debating the 820 and 920 :)
Welcome! We can include that when we roll over a scale but it’ll be hard to judge with the truck being bigger but we can try to estimate. We love the 820 layout but the new 920 is sweet as well.
What truck do you have or would you be interested in getting?
I currently pull a 2000 lb aliner with my Lexus rx450h, great march actually. Leaning more toward 820 since I doubt I’ll want a dually after I’m too old to do this anymore. I’m 62 and want to retire in a year. Going to visit a dealer in North Carolina that has both 920 and 820. Must see them to decide. I look forward to watching your adventures!
We just put our truck camper on a trailer
That’s awesome! How do you like it?
Why would you upgrade from an F450 when the truck you had seemed more than capable of handling 820#?
We had an F250 and being that we are Fulltime, we were a bit over GVWR on the 250.
Stay tuned for a comparison video
I will be stoked to see some storage boxes on that flatbed. Always made me sad to see generator in back seat.
Is that an electric cooktop from nucamp? Also looks like you have a cover for sink?
Now you have the new door. Is there an RV lock that is compatible?
Good questions! We hated the generator in the backseat :(
The cooktop is from suburban but was installed by nuCamp.
Unfortunately there isn’t an RVLock compatible with the new door handle but we do love RVLock!
