Nice truck for sure, I guess as a show truck it wasn't abused at all, total bargain! I saw someone in the comments saying about dvla and insurance, I think he was a bit off the mark as a van/truck can be classed as modified or in conversion as long as everything is written down for the insurance, the dvla hardly let anyone register as a self converted motor home anymore as they want to regulate (moneytise) everything. With a van it's normally called a van with windows by the dvla. As far as full time live in insurance goes, it's only if you're 365 days a year, it's all a bit sketchy around the address issue. Anyway, good luck 🍀

Thanks for the great video again 💖
Very informative, thank you. Try a halogen oven in replace of the air fryer, they consume less energy!
Had one did a tour of Europe spent over 2k in fuel, not cheap to run
Think it would be cheaper getting a Caravan and staying on cheap sites throughout Europe?
This is awesome. Plenty of space and that kitchen is tops!
Hat's off to the big chap 😎👌
Thanks for sharing . Am in process of saving to do same.
What a fabulous set up! 😊
I love watching the rain too. Great video again, thanks for sharing. 👏😎
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying the videos 😊
Come and live in Cumbria, it rains fifty weeks a year.
@@ronwhite8503 funnily enough I e spend at least 3 months of the last 6 months exploring Cumbria in my own van, such a beautiful place, even when it is raining 🤣😉
Brilliant, thanks for the tour and the ideas for our future project. Like you say, bills...what are they haha. Perfect
Where do you register your driving license?
Where do you sleep when you break down, need MOT/service etc?
Do you have to run a tachograph?
DVLA.I lived in a Mercedes 608 1970 6 ton truck and when the bastard broke down it was not cheap getting it repaired.RAC do a camper breakdown cover which M Benz tried charging me for the RAC covered towing bill which is free of charge!.I took it to Mercedes Benz in West London £80 an hour in 2005 probably near double that now plus vat? M Benz parts ain't cheap either. He has changed the vehicle class from hgv to camper so he does not need a tachograph{ digicard}.
Nice deal for this truck. And nice idea too live in this. All the best for you. Nice nice nice👍👍👍🤘
I get more and more excited watching these videos, this is class I love it.
That's great to hear! Glad you're enjoying them 😊 many more to come!
Haha he seems so chill. Great video.
Amazing work! Hope its allright during the winter too!
Thats brilliant! Didn't expect a proper kitchen inside 🤯❤
OH my goodness, My Man, such an awesome build. The budget-friendliness of it screams "makes sense," and so good you've carved out a sensible way for you to have a home.
Does the aft platform raise and lower?
Thanks for sharing!
That’s the proper way to go about this. Ability to full stand and walk. Permanent kitchen. Full bed.
Damn people asking questions. Did ya watch the video??
I live in a van,if you put a window in it with a orange curtain, the sunlight coming in can be very helpful for light and warmth
70,000 miles is an absolute steal for a 7.5 ton@ 2.5 grand
great build and incredible deal! I'd have added a window on the roof, to have natural light and keep it stealthy, but I do be envious of this :D
yeah dude as long as you don't charge the lithium and led acid together with the same voltage amperage or discharge at the same time. those are the main problems. otherwise sweet setup
Nope they are connected and charge and discharge together
Nice one. You'd need to know where you can park that up before buying. Trying to think where it could be parked up in.devon
Macc forest?? Great build dude, enjoy the freedom while we got it....
flipping freezing in the back winters good job
