On the babyliss clipper fx what I did was I changed the Stationary taper blade for a senior stationary blade but the original bottom cutting blade has to stay on babyliss cuz the wahl cutting blade don't fit on babyliss. You can only insert/mount The stationary top senior blade on babyliss clipper not the wahl cutting blade. After doing this the babyliss will perform better just like the senior.
Mayb the graphite you had is bad from factory. give it a try to another graphite and see. My graphite don't pull or snag but The FX 1rst Gen. Use to snag on me but not the graphite. Another blade that used to snag was the T outliner from Andis
It’s because it’s a thin tooth, unlike standard and deep tooth blades, the thin tooth is only for edge ups and necklines as they are way sharper, they not for cutting bulk tho.
@kevonchandler1718 wow that's weird my Andis T outliner used to snag & my graphite barely snagged. But I noticed when i oil them they work better when it comes to snagging & edging & Lining-up ECT. Another thing I started doing is "0"with the clipper the whole beard or the areas where is being shaved and then finish shaving with the broun serious 9 and call it the day. Except for the Clients with ingrown hair /Hot-Tower
What about the gold DLC taper blade vs the graphite blade for the babyliss fx clippers

Dlc & digital gap for the win
What Babyliss blade gives the sharpest cut
Any of them except the original gold FX blade
It was cool, that first you know, rapping about nothing… but then like what happened was!
Graphite is better
The graphite blades are shit for black folk hair and thick hair they feel like teeth are pulling your hair I would recommend them
