Chicken Breast | Quick Recipe

  • ‪@VrouwOlle‬ Chicken breast (cut into small pieces or chunks) is fast to cook. This dish is ready in 8-10 minutes. If you cook chicken breast pieces longer, it'll be overcooked and dry.
    Add olive or sunflower oil and heat the oil 10-30 sec. This (heating up the oil) prevents from sticking and will keep chicken breast juicy. Add chicken, cut into small pieces + onion +bell pepper, cut as u wish. Stir-fry 4-5 min without a sauce, then add a sauce and let it fry 4-5 min more, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste at the end.
    Piece of advice:
    You can make a sauce by mixing
    water + potato flour + soy sauce + tomato ketchup
    together in a bowl and then add to a chicken in a wok.
    For this recipe we need the following
    Ingredients for 2 persons:
    chicken breasts 2
    bell pepper/sweet pepper 1 medium
    onion 1 medium
    olive or sunflower oil 3-5 tablespoons
    salt to taste
    optional - garlic powder, zwart pepper powder, pineapple pieces
    Sauce:
    potato or corn flour/starch, or wheat flour 1 tablespoon (to thicken a sauce)
    soy sauce 3 tablespoons
    tomato ketchup 3 tablespoons
    a cup of water 150 ml (if you want more sauce, add more water) .
    Cooking time 8-10 min.
    Serve with couscous or rice.
