She breaks the mold of the stereo-typical “blond” (her hair is originally brown) compared with the stereo-typical blond on that show.
In the USA they call them “empty nesters.” Our two kids are in their late 30’s, but live nearby. It is great to have relationships with your adult children. When I embarked on my career I was usually 1,000 miles from the rest of my family, and missed out on that experience with my parents.
