All you people doing the "BMW vs American" thing ... it has nothing to do with the brand of car but the LENGTH. The Limo actually as more undercarriage clearance than the BMW.
Wow, thats kinda funny but also a serious security issue. They should raise the vehicle. I assume its built on a hummer or some sort of truck frame anyways to manage the enormous weight. Some custom 31 inch wheels and the issue goes bye-bye. Another option as ghetto as it sounds is to incorporate a modified hydrolic liftkit like the old lowriders. Regardless, that car is off the chain.

I saw something like this in Bosnia too, at Camp Eagle - they put so much armor on a Humvee that one of the front wheels finally broke off. Lucky it happened on the base.

lol. next time use a real car, like a S Class. It has air suspension for situations like this.
It wasn't the suspension it was the curb. the car was too long and low so the bottom of the car got snagged on the bump.
