- In a world where we often get caught up in our own lives and problems, it's important to remember that there are people out there who are facing tremendous challenges every day. I was reminded of this recently when I met a man who was battling cancer and whose kidneys were failing. His wife was doing everything she could to take care of him, but it was clear that they were struggling to make ends meet. The front yard of their home was overgrown with bamboo, the grass was tall and unkempt, and the gutters were clogged with debris.
I knew that I had to do something to help, so I decided to take action. I spent hours cleaning up their entire property, removing the overgrown bamboo, mowing the lawn, and clearing out the gutters. It was hard work, but seeing the relief and gratitude on the faces of this couple made it all worth it.
I share this story not to brag or seek attention, but to remind us all of the power of kindness and the impact that a small act of compassion can have on someone's life. In a world where negativity and division often dominate the headlines, let's remember to look for opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us.
After completing the cleanup of their property, I invited the couple outside to see the transformation. Their faces lit up with joy as they gazed upon the pristine lawn and cleared gutters. As I was showing them the work I did, they suddenly disappeared into their home and returned with a small gift. To my surprise, it was a Mickey Mouse Snow Globe collectible.
Overwhelmed with gratitude for the couple's kind gesture, I knew that I wanted to do something special with the Mickey Mouse Snow Globe collectible. So, I decided to give it to my 2-year-old daughter.
Now, every night before bed, we wind up the globe so the music plays and my daughter shakes it gently, completely mesmerized by the swirling snow inside. It has become a comforting and magical part of our bedtime routine, helping her drift off into peaceful

Hello Alex, I'm Mandi from the UK. I love watching your videos you always go above and beyond when you're helping people. My favourite things to watch are when you do your edging, it is excellent and makes the lawns pop but coming up in a tie for first place is when you're loping off tree branches, this video was excellent watching you do this and I love that you rescued that cat from the tree. You are a wonderful person and you do for people what appears that no one else does in your town. Keep up the good work. Love to you and your family.

Ive had cats all my life up to 5 at once (71 yrs) but 3 years ago I got a condo, no pets. A cat in a tree will 99.9% of the time will come down when hungry. The .1?-- probably ran when injured and unable to descend. I'm not taking away from him doing the rescue, just informing. When in the country I've had one cat up in a tree for about 2 days, he finally came down, I never saw him climb a tree again and I probably had him more than 8+ years, after.
You know how good it makes someone feel to see their lawn cleaned up and tidy. It can literally increase good health.

It was a good thought to clear the roof gutters. Backed-up water can precipitate all kinds of roof and wall damages. Liked that you also thought to trim back tree branches that could cause damage as well. In our area, they said that the statistic used to be about one in five families had a severe problem of some sort, now, it is just about everyone, whether finances, health, drugs, teen troubles, depression and more. So, people developing an eye for noticing things "don't look right" and then lending some support has been a pretty helpful trend. You were doing really thoughtful work, continuing on to open the space back up and return space from encroaching plants. The utility company will probably greatly appreciate you got the bamboo and small tree out from around the pole. Admired that you did such a good job trimming that your mowing went very smoothly. You did a great job with a Renewal. Thank you for spending the time and talent on it. Also, thank you for all the camera work you did, so that we went through the process with you.
