Homeowner seems to make it to the fridge for Budweiser Ice easily enough...and is able to throw the cans in the yard as well. There's a difference between a neglected lawn and trash all over the place. The latter speaks to a lifestyle, and not a good one.

My dad was in a nursing home for a couple of months and the neighbors chipped in and mowed his lawn and cut the bushes. I am totally perplexed as to why so many people just toss their empty beverage cans in the yard instead of a trash can or bag?! Why?! It makes no sense and shows laziness and a disregard for oneself. Sad. I love the collaboration with Spencer and Brian. More in the future!
It's probably from some kind of autism or mental condition. Some people's brains just work different. It's not always right to criticize when you don't have the full story. See hoarder houses for an example. It's usually some tragic event or trauma in their life that makes certain parts of their brains shut down partially, so they don't see it as wrong to just toss something somewhere that makes no sense to the rest of us.
Some people in need of help are like that. They don't want family to help, but they will accept a stranger's help. As my Grandpa got older I would make an effort to help when I could but he would get upset and tell me no, no, no. One time I was at his house and I started to shovel snow and he told me not to that he had a guy come to do that. I was under the assumption he was paying the guy. The guy showed up to plow the driveway and gave me additude for not helping my grandpa which took me back and really upset me. I found out that this guy only volunteered to do it for my grandpa as a favor and he wasn't getting paid. As they say no good deed goes unpunished.
Doubt it or the property would never had gotten so bad. All of the beer cans and trash thrown in the yard shows someone without any pride of ownership.
