Nice playthrough! I actually played through the campaign, but it's been at least a couple of months now, and I followed the one in the rule book. I want to play again soon and don't want to have to read all of the rules again, so I would be interested in seeing a campaign that's randomized in the way the rule book described. Thanks!
@@KingKoopa015 If you happen to, that would be awesome. I've been playing a ton of Marvel Champions but want to mix it up during Spring Break (I'm a math teacher) with some Astro Knights. 🙂
@johnwaynemcclung8056 Nice! My partner is a middle school librarian, and her spring break is next week, so I take off when she's off. I'll be spending that time gaming as well. Also, props to you for being a math teacher. My degree is in math and statistics, so I have a huge appreciation for math teachers.
@@KingKoopa015 That's cool! I love teaching math. I teach live high school classes online. It's a ton fun because it's highly interactive, and the students enjoy figuring out concepts together.
I haven't played Aeon's End but this is supposed to be a streamline version of it. I like have "everything" so getting in to this was an easy barrier of entry than Aeon's End as well.
Wow, I'm sure that technique has been used countless times but... how did you setup the whole general camera and then the overlay zoomed in camera? Planning on playing this game online on discord with my friends and that would be very helpful to show them the cards. But yeah, great video, going to get my astro knights eternity in at the end of this month. Never played it or the original before.
I've got two cameras, one over the table and another off to the side facing a green screen (lime green construction paper). Astro Knights is a lot of fun. I never played Aeons End but I'm glad I got into AK since it's more streamlined and I can follow the releases as they come out.
Hello. I am an avid Aeon's End fan but I have not yet to try this. I have a question for the expedition. How does this work exactly? Is it predetermined or you can play it each time with random setup and bosses? Does it follow a standard pattern like other Legacy games? If it is completely random, the replay-ability goes too far and that is very good. I'd like to see the expedition if you are keen on. Thank you for you work you put for these videos
The expedition can can be done completely random. There are cards you can shuffle to get the bosses to face. There are other special cards and ability that unlock each game as well. I will be working on an Expedition run very soon.
Really like your playthroughs, you are always fast and efficient. Keep up the good work brother.
@@finalstander I appreciate it 🙏🏾

Thanks for checking the video out. I really want to do a randomized campaign, so maybe I'll get to working on that soon!

Great fun watching, thinking of geting this game. Have you played Aeons end? Is this the better game? seems like it plays faster.
