    Bhindi Gosht is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish made with okra (bhindi) and meat (gosht), usually goat meat or beef. It's a flavorful and spicy curry made with sautéed onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of spices. The okra is typically added towards the end of cooking to preserve its texture. Bhindi Gosht is often served with rice, roti, or naan bread.
    Today we are making homemade Bhindi Gosht Recipe with you. In this episode you are watching How to Make Bhindi Gosht Recipe with easy & quick way.
    Ingredients:
    - 300 ml oil
    - 1 kg fresh okra, washed and cut into 1-inch segments with heads and tails chopped off
    - 1 kg lamb, mutton or beef boneless
    - 500 g medium-sized onion
    - 500 g tomatoes, chopped
    - 2 tbsp garlic, minced
    - 2 tbsp of ginger, minced
    - 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon allspice powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 4-5 medium-sized green chilli
    - coriander for garnishing
    Instructions:
    1. In a pressure cooker add boneless meat with ginger 1 tbsp , garlic paste 1 tbsp , salt 1/4 teaspoon & water to dipped meat.
    2. Close the lid and make sure the valve is set to "sealing".
    3. Pressure cook on medium-high for 15-18 minutes, depending on the cut of beef and desired tenderness.
    4. Let the pressure release naturally for 2-3 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
    5. Open the lid and check the beef for tenderness. If it’s not tender, close the lid and pressure cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
    6. In another stove Heat oil in a deep pot or wok and fry the okra for 5 minutes on medium/high heat until lightly golden.
    7. Remove the okra and set aside.
    8. Add onions and fry on medium/high heat until lightly golden.
    9. Add remaining, garlic, and ginger. Stair cook
    10. Add tomatoes, spices and water or stock
    11. Add cooked meat & cook on medium-high
    12. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 4-5 minutes to reduce water or stock
    13. Add reserved okra & stair with addition of allspice powder cook for a minute
    14. Rest for 2 minutes on low heat.
    15. Garnish with coriander and serve with Tandoori Naan or Roti.
