As an early stoicism practitioner it is really hard for me to manage out my day with positivity.
As for me who was kind of stoic minded before even got to know stoicism. No one can disturb my tranquility of mind.
But the only thing that is wrong I'm not getting any urges to do my day to day work especially studies.
These are my last months of 12th grades but then also.
It's tough for me to get organized and work hard even for less than 60days.
Can someone help me with this??

I experienced the same issue at first. Although Stoicism is designed to stop you from wanting most things we sometimes overlook the things we should look to acquire. Good character is paramount, laziness, sluggishness and becoming a burden on those around us is looked down on severely. Your studies will allow you to ensure yourself and your close ones do not suffer anymore from chance than needed. Stoicism is a beautiful thing but it does not have all the answers for our modern world. It is not designed to make us withdraw from life completely but to face it head on in all aspects.

@@JMotiveMU so what should I do??

@@prabuddh_mathur This may sound counter-productive but I'd suggest 30 days away from Stocism completely (just 30 days). Instead start exercising more / eating healthier / stretch / meditate and to start a gratitude journal (this is what I did and it helped me to get out of my 'head' and into my 'body'). The problem we have is that we have access to these works but we do not have a 'Teacher' to keep us from falling into the holes along the way. I believe a tutor of Stoicism would have been here to give you a suitably 'stoic' solution to your problem but unfortunately it's not something we have nowadays just each other! Hope you feel better soon brother.

      @@JMotiveMU 30days out of stoicism?
I can try it but as I mentioned the things of not giving damn and like the perception of the death is very much engrained in my mind since childhood so I can't let go of them but I can let go of my morning routine which I'm trying and failing very badly now. Also what to opt to make myself more motivated through out the day for my studies.

Words should serve a practical purpose.
