Hey Joe, awesome vid! Getting in to High-Ticket myself, and right now I am building my demo store. About to start supplier outreach! My company (and me) is swedish and swedish registered. I have applied and been approved by the IRS for a EIN number, and I thought that that would be all I need, but when you are listing these different things it kinda concerns me.. What obstacles do you see for my swedish company (EU company basically) to operate and sell in the US?
I would imagine the biggest obstacles would surround the fact that you’re 7-10 hours ahead of the United States and customer service/business hours would be challenging. Beyond that if you’ve been approved for operating your business in the US, everything else would operate as normal.
but I figure I can shorten the time for my "phone hours" so that Im available to like 5-6 pm in the US, which makes it midnight here, until I have a trained VA to take the calls

Good video. I got a question though. I live in Sweden and im looking for domestic suppliers and i struggle to find ones that have warehouses in sweden. Most suppliers i have came across operate in The US. Any tips on how to find suppliers in a specific country?
Good question! Dropshipping is an extremely common method of order fulfillment that pretty much all retail companies use to some degree. So essentially you just let them know upfront that your partnership with them would have to rely on dropshipping and it’s not like, something you need to feel guilty or uncertain about. It’s just part of their business.
Silly question as I’m new to high ticket drop shipping and I’m processing : theoretically if I was to get a suppliers on board, they would have the wholesale price available to me that I would advertise for a higher price in my business? So same concept as low-ticket drop shipping? Sorry! New to this side of the pasture
In a nutshell, yes. If you are doing business in the US the vast majority will give you MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price) or MAP (minimum advertised price) or both. This is what they will give all dealers and generally this is anywhere from 20-40% higher than wholesale, and that’s the pricing that you will follow and list your products in accordance to.
What is the main reason for a supplier saying no? surely there is no negative to them as all it can do is get them more sales. Also, love the videos, they have helped a lot.
There are many reasons. Some suppliers may only work with businesses with a warehouse/physical location, some may only work with business that can offer professional installation (if applicable), but most of all, suppliers that are more selective only want their brand represented by reputable businesses and don’t want to dilute their product among every business under the sun that approaches them. They just want their brand to remain strong.

Basically you choose a couple that your supplier produces and make a product page for them just copying and pasting the information. Purely for just showing them what a product page would look like on your website, and that’s something you would want to specifically address upfront when reaching out to them.
I can certainly talk about it but in my experience there unfortunately isn’t a great “bulk” way to do it. Different suppliers will provide different marketing materials in the form of spreadsheets, Dropbox folders, pdfs, etc. so there will never be a one-size-fits-all approach. I also think manually doing it one by one allows you to be really intentional with how you set up the product page and present the information. Since 99% of your traffic will land on your product page, it’s the most important part of your website to get as close to perfect as possible.

I am interested to dropship in US but i living in other country. Is it doable with my local business registration and bank account?
Yes! You just need to get approved for a LLC and EIN through the respective registered state and IRS.
