@@smokey1966 lmao GPS was 100% accurate and it was fifth gear on the limiter. It has slightly longer gears than a 250 but it is still meant for a track only. You will never touch anywhere near 80 on a track.
Why short shifting tho ? Its not a 2 stroke lol 450s have longer gears bro. If you'd hold it wide open 3rd-5th you could gain few more mph. I've topped out @ 102mph on a yz450f . Your rmz should atleast hit 90
It was just a night out riding with the boys, no reason to redline it on every gear as it was top speed not acceleration. It was redlined on fifth gear so it wasn't gonna go any faster than that on stock gearing. Its an MX bike so top speed is irrelevant anyways.
lol, rapping the lower gears out aren't going to give you faster top speed. It will however wear your knobbies out. My RMZ-450 just spins the back tire if I get on it too hard in any gears below 4th. I desert ride. So, slightly harder tire on the back.
Yeah it could hit 100 if you changed the gearing but than you sacrifice your bottom end power. I’m never in fifth gear on the track and on trails I usually sit bottom of fifth gear max
Fuel injection uses an injector to spray fuel into the cylinder instead of a conventional carburetor. Most if not all newer 4 stroke bikes are fuel injected.
@@Bachir078 2t is two stroke, you mix the fuel with oil to lubricate the cylinder because it’s not auto injected like a four stroke. Four strokes have oil pumps and rings
41? That's to big, go smaller; I've seen custom made in mid 30s that would send it to 110ish for sure, would need looong stretch of road to get to the top speed though
