Hello sir... my uncle is going on 3rd month of TB treatment and a necrotising pneumonia is seen in ct scan....
Sir doctor has given thiamine and pyrodixine and ATT medicine no medicine for pneumonia .😢😢😢😢 why??
You said he is on TB treatment. So the necrotising lesion is because of TB (if the diagnosis is confirmed with sputum or lavage). Anti Tb medicines are sufficient to cure this lesion and no extra antibiotocs are needed usually unless there is a secondary infection
