I think most of them will be strong when reaching 4* besides those R units, needs to be 6* to have full potential, but yes natsu and gray are nasty when 6* along with lucy which very good too

Laxus seems slightly better than Makarov, but prob not by much. I think you also have to consider which other limited or permanent pool SSR you are planning to focus on though. For example if you also planning to level up Juvia for ice then most of your selector shards etc will go to her rather than Makarov, in which case it will be easier to level up Laxus. Whereas if you are going for other limited SSR as well, then it will be easier to level up Makarov than Laxus

To be honest I think all characters in this game are very playable, as you can level them all up to 6* eventually. Just play whoever works and fun for you

There is not much team synergy in this game except for PVP Peak Contest, so you can use any other characters to be honest. If you are just starting in this game, then try to get at least 1 character of each element to break shields
GILDARTZ AND BRAIN ARE GOOD AS IF NOT BETTER THAN JUVIA WHAT other units give shield? What other units can move their beam that shoots in a straight line. And NATSU is ass compared to Gajeel. This game is mostly about clearing waves and I don't think your list is based on that but on pvp probably
Personally I never find clearing waves difficult, even for PVE stages, I only get stuck when up against 1 strong elite enemy, not by the waves of minions beforehand. Which is why my tier list ranks those with controls higher than shields, but of course tier lists are always subjective and personal opinions
Thats good team for now, but see if you can make Brain 4* eventually, otherwise might be better to swap him for another 4* in future to have an additional attack
Maybe I am undervaluing Mira as I am judging her purely by kit without actually testing her, but Racer is definitely one of the best unit in game in my opinion. His range of attack is insane, especially in Pear Contest PVP, he is the only unit I have seen which can attack all 3 enemies at once, even when you start him on the side rather than in the middle
I main mira, mira is good even 3*, her skill set is on par with jellal and laxus. All content she good, not decent not op but good so i think mira should be on s tier. Juvia should be lower, gildart at early is much better than ikaruga especially you are f2p. Brain is good, if you a reroller to find a good starter acc than racer>makarov>brain.Also all limited unit banner is op even at 3 star which is natsu ssr, gray ssr, erza ssr and Mira

If i have makarov is it still worth to pull for laxus?my goal for now is to get the best character in each element.

bisca is insane, when you get her check her first skill out, pretty sure it's the highest dmg dealer in the entire game.

@@Serina96 Well normally I recommend mainly focusing on just 1 character per element early game, so I would swap Brain out rather than Natsu
But my strongest character is Brian, followed by Juvia then Ikaruga followed by Natsu

Brain is top tier. Both pve and pvp. For pvp two push backs and one burst damage without an animation. Paired with ikagura leader with slow.
