Our cats basically didn't need any adjustment, and they are SO HAPPY to have way more room to run around!! We actually have a hallway now that they love chasing each other down. And just the other day we got our kitchen cabinets, and the cats have already made themselves at home on top of them! Can't wait to make videos in our new apartment! :D

The moving company I used here in Australia were so crap. Nearly all my stuff were scratched or dented to some degree. The Japanese take so much pride in what they do. I am in awe of their culture.
Don't even use a moving company when I move as I know too many people who get ripped off or had things damaged from movers. They don't have this type of respect for your property here in Australia campared to Japan.
love that the moving company hired those middle aged ladies to do unpacking no doubt they'd be more conscientious in nature and neat/tidy + knows where things go And its also an opportunity for them to find employment
We talked to some of them and one of them said they applied because they had moved 9 times and so they felt like they were getting pretty qualified at unpacking things! They were super sweet.
You know what I just realized when I kept watching this over and over? Their "special boxes" were mostly plastic boxes, with the exception to some stuff being cardboard. I'm assuming that after they're finished unpacking all the special boxes into the new apartment, it can be reused for any future uses when needed. That's a small detail that I like about this. Thumbs up for the special and reusable boxes :)
Yes indeed, the equipment is re-usable, however, depends on the companies policy. Usually corrugated boxes are not reused as the people usually keep them and only things like what the tv and kitchenware, shelves etc were being moved in would be re used
This is where plastic is super useful. Under the right circumstances i.e. for long-term use, plastic can be a great material. We have plastic fencing as our old wooden fencing needed creosoting every year, still rotted anyway, and eventually got damaged in a bad storm. No need to chop trees to replace our fencing.
@@poop10I That's interesting to hear. I'm moving internationally from the UK to another hemisphere entirely and everything that's not furniture is packed in cardboard boxes (double walled corrugated cardboard). The removal companies that are accreditted to ship abroad all re-use their boxes until they are damaged - it's the trade union standard here. I've been to some companies' warehouses and they do indeed have stacks of previously used boxes all folded flat ready for re-use. It's interesting that this is clearly not the standard everywhere.
That amazing Japanese packing and customer service... I love how many of their materials are reusable, too. I've moved with moving companies a few times in the US, and it's always been super expensive but really amateur feeling.
The consideration to the neighbors and giving out boxes of tissues or just something as an apology was amazing. Here in the US, you only find out you have a new neighbor when the U-Haul backs in, lol. Well, if it's an apartment, the cleaning might tip you off (if you're lucky to have an apartment that cleans before new tenants move in. No, people outside of the US, that's not normal so you very well could move into a dirty apartment and spend a whole day scrubbing before unpacking anything, making the move-in process even longer).
Moving company in Japan... 1. Customer rep shows up in suit. 2. Every single worker gets a face to face, so you know who is supposed to be there. 3. Before we pack this, let's make sure the owner takes the cash out. (Barely a dollar...) 4. Before moving anything, let's pad up the building. 5. Cleans shit before packaging. 6. Listing which compartment each piece of cutlery goes, so it's in the exact same place after moving. 7. Sofa chair? WRAP IT UP! Cat tower? WRAP IT UP! 8. Reusable purpose designed packaging! 9. Any little doubt, asks the owner. 10. Gets permission for everything. 11. Manual labor is more polite than most hotel concierges. Moving company in another country I've lived in. 1. Customer rep shows up in T-shirt. 2. Only the Customer rep addresses you. 3. Cash? Losers weepers, finders keepers. 4. Oops, we put a hole in the wall, shhhh. 5. Labels? Nah, they can figure that shit out. 6. Wrapping? Maybe the TV. The rest is fine. 7. Sits on your furniture while they have lunch break. 8. Acts like they are doing you a favor.
Seriously people from Japan seem so much nicer and more polite. I know there probably are jerks but they seem like an anomaly. Like the Japanese football (soccer) team cleaned up their locker room and left a thank you note at the World Cup and the Asian Games, and the fans stay behind to clean the stadiums. Meanwhile Americans just leave their trash everywhere. And now I learn their moving companies are respectful and don’t try to destroy your belongings. Wtf is wrong with the rest of the world?!??
They're so polite and professional, and OH MY GOSH the organization and how well they wrap everything. It's AMAZING. Being a military kid, we moved a LOT, we lost lamps, computers and their monitors, televisions, and dozens of dishes no matter HOW well we boxed them up with EVERY move until we started using PODS and just doing it our damn selves. AND THEY UNPACK SOME STUFF?! America STEP IT UP! Also, Poor Little Poki: "SO MANY PEOPLE!"
I always rent a pickup truck to move to my new place because people here are *VERY* suspicious and i had the same problem with my packaged stuff being cut opened. I sometimes hate living here.
The problem is in US working in moving company is considered a lowly job and I don't think the workers will be that polite due to cultural difference. Also a lot of people going to avoid using that kind of service because it will cost a premium price for that.
This was amazing and impressive to watch. As an Army brat in the US my family moved a lot and the "movers" that are provided by the military are known for losing and/or breaking things. Seeing this company just makes me watch in awe as they take care of every little thing.
Yes! The whole time I'm watching this I'm thinking why can't the military movers be like this!!! My husband is still in the military so we've got at least 1 or 2 more moves in our future depending on when he decides to retire and I'm not looking forward to it. However, if they were like this company my stress levels would be so low! :)
Same here, my dad’s a marine and I’ve moved my whole life. My parents moved everything themselves and got help from co workers. Since they’re not as young anymore they decided to get movers to help and they broke & chipped some of our furniture 😂
@@DL-ri2ps People want value over price any day of the week. If I told you straight up that I charge $800, then you'd probably not want to do it. But if I show you what happens with that $800, the specialized staff, the added service of the appliances, the packing and the unpacking, and for every single thank you and please ever said, you'd probably fork up that $800 because you know every penny is worth it. That's the problem with businesses today. They overprice and undervalue their good and services.
I'm in awe of everything they did. All the different boxes they had for specific items, how quickly they did everything, how organised the whole thing was, how they give neighbours tissues and apologize in advanced- holy
I can’t FUCKIN believe they specifically have cute little old ladies to do the organizing and unpacking stuff. I love japan omfg. And also everything is just so organized and efficient??? I laughed every time there was a new specific box. Also the fact that they went and apologized and gave gifts to the neighbors in advance is so thoughtful and Japanese. Can’t wait to live there one day
Japan is nice for the quality of services, the cleanliness, good manners of most people and others stuff... but trust me , japan is not that '' fabulous '' place that everyone describe. I lived there and the japanese way of life is very stressful, many aspects of life in japan are really corrupted ( the case of rapes and sexual touching which are too much common here , the indifference of the police with these issues, the cheating culture and others japanese behavior which is hard to understand or follow by foreigners...i definitely think that japan is a great place to visit, but living here for a long time... even if many aspect of japanese culture are great, there are more bad aspect (in my opinion) than great. The well-know japanese discipline is the only thing that make japan stay wonderful in the eyes of foreigners , but behind the scenes... is very different !
I love the most when the packers team introduce themselves to Jun and then the unpackers team introduce themselves too. It makes you feel more comfortable and assuring because you know each worker by names.
Japanese moving company: Has special boxes for everything, temporary walls so nothing gets ruined, asks if eveything is okay, is beyond polite my western moving company from when I moved into my apartment: shows up two hours late, only one moving guy, asks my dad to help him, scratches my bookcase and desk, puts the boxes only halfway up bc they decided the fifth floor wasn't part of the deal
It's same everywhere. Charged me more for sofa set towards special handling and delivered it 1 month later with all hand rests broken. Blue wrap around used by these Japanese movers looks promising but again it depends how they stack in the vehicle.
I think it depends on which company. Here in VN I had same problem whenever I moved, but after several times, I hired a famous company and things were much better. One person came to my house first to estimate my things and calculate cost & boxes. They didn't have "special boxes" for everything but they packed things properly and helped to reinstall bed and closet, etc...
I can’t stand that when they do that shit. I always say make sure you have help to help you move, and I always come up with a reason why I won’t be helping, (like I have other stuff I will be doing, because if I am paying, and I then need to help, I will only be paying you half then). They still try it and all I say is, no thank you, you can go and I will hire someone else. So now they have just lost any money they would have made and they have used up a work slot so. It works pretty well when they have to leave empty handed because they fucked up.
There was like 15 or more people involved. They did the job probably in 2 days. $3000 for people, $1000 for transport. If you are rich or old or just dont have time, then this service would be for you.
We have a special box for packing shoes! We have a special box for packing dishes! We have a special box for packing TV! Omg I love them so much already, they are prepared for EVERYTHING

When I was little, my family hired a different famous Japanese moving company called Kuroneko Yamato. At that time I had a huge stuffed black panther, and I didn’t wanted to be packed. I asked them to treat it as a human. Then they put it to the passenger seat of that truck and transported from Osaka to Fukuoka. It was awesome!
Do they do moving as well? 😱 Didn't know that! I usually get parcels delivered by them from Amazon or Rakuten and used them to send luggage/snowboard gear home when I visited Hokkaido (so I wouldn't need to carry those on my loooong trip back home haha).
Patricia Sigaki oh yeah! They usually does delivery and it’s convenient! But yes they also are famous moving company. I know Sakai, ant, black cat and 0123 are big ones
Dont even ask in germany, uneducated workers on a low wage job. Japanese community mainly hires japanese people to move their stuff, yes in germany. And yea, they dont even have proper wrappings!
You have to keep in mind that the japanese cultural mindset is different, they are more willing to sacrifice their time to work. There is even a commoly used word for working yourself to death.
Unpacking??? Reusable material??? APOLOGETIC TISSUES? How pleasant and adorable! I can't speak for other countries, but in the US so many companies just seem to toss everything in the truck and they'll (maybe) unload them just in the middle of the house.
Tell me, father was in the USAF. When the company moved us from one location in the PI to another. We found trash in one of the trash cans. At least they placed moving paper inside so it wouldn't fall out(?) Go figure.
I have moved way too many times over the years and have never had an experience that I would even call acceptable. The last time I moved I said screw it and hired some guys in a home depot parking lot - that was the best moving experience I've had. After watching this I want to cry. I love the way they pack dishes and protect the walls and... everything! Color coded boxes even! And employing older folk to unpack and put stuff away - wow!
Whenever I'm sad or not feeling well, I watch this video. I don't know what it is but it's like it's more engaging than just watching "satisfying" compilations but there's not a bunch of stuff going on that makes it overwhelming. Plus, I think it's just nice seeing people be polite to each other and knowing it's not just them doing their jobs but it's a cultural thing, too. It all just gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling.
This video legit gave me SO. MUCH. PLEASURE. AND HAPPINESS. the way they handled every step of this moving process was the most professional thing I have ever seen, and I have legit never ever seen anything like this anywhere else in the world, where moving is basically "meh toss that shit on the truck it'll be ok, even if it's starting to rain" like, just the mattress cover alone made me want to cry of happiness, such a joy to watch (I'm weird ok I know). When I move to japan, when when I move within japan, I will definitely look up this service. Very smart of them to let you film it. I'm also so happy you two are in a better place where you and the cats feel happy! :)
I was already in awe when they taped up the entrance and placed down mats and i was at 100% satisfaction peek, and then it just kept on going and now im like on level 1000

OMG! They were in, then they were out. It was like watching a special ops team on a mission, carried out with stealth and precision. They really took it to the next level and then some!! Those furniture covers were so cool, and your cat hiding in the cubby............the expression on his face was priceless. I have to watch this again!
From an environmental perspective, they use a lot of packing material and different custom boxes, but I notice they look like they're able to be reused and I assume they do reuse them since they don't have much opportunity to get damaged because these guys exhibit so much CARE in the move. Obviously things like paper won't be reused, but they can easily be recycled.
Japanese do seem to use a lot of packaging for everything, but they also have a really intense recycling system, compared to the US where we just throw a lot of stuff away. I guess it evens out in the end :)
Yeah, the custom boxes are temporary and are re-used after each move. The moving company collects them up again after all the stuff is in the new apartment or house. Every cardboard box and scrap of paper will be recycled, without fail. Japan has pretty strict laws when it comes to recycling. There are multiple garbage collections each week, each for a different type of material. Burnables on Tuesdays, plastics and other recyclables on Thursdays, etc.
The first thing got me is the fact the moving company was going to give tissues to the neighbors because of the noise. Like that made me smile. I doubt any moving company would do such a thing lol
My jaw dropped when they said that. I thought they were going to just give out written notices but tHEY ACTUALLY PERSONALLY WENT DOOR TO DOOR WITH TISSUES

Being able to buy products and essentials from the company while getting rid of your old items (so not paying to have them taken away) is SUCH a good idea.
Yes soooooo true, I had broken items, boxes thumped on the group (u can read the details of my post). The website of some companies specify that they use women for packing and unpacking for small and delicate items because they believe women are more meticulous 😁
The thing I like about the Japanese people is even if their job is hard and sucks, they are extremely professional and don't show any frustration or give you cause to worry about them taking out their anger on you or your stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if a moving company like that cost a LOT of money probably beyond 500,000 Yen a move this size.
Mori Soba if it only costs that much... i would gladly pay... my parents paid about the same amount and we had to pack everything by ourselves, they only brought the stuff to the truck and transported it oof.

The moving company I used here in Australia were so crap. Nearly all my stuff were scratched or dented to some degree. The Japanese take so much pride in what they do. I am in awe of their culture.
Viet Lo facts
Yeah
Omg can this moving company expand to here!? (Also Australia) like....i will pay. I will pay so much to not have to deal with moving again
Don't even use a moving company when I move as I know too many people who get ripped off or had things damaged from movers. They don't have this type of respect for your property here in Australia campared to Japan.
The US is the same. Even the so called "great" moving companies are still dog shit.
love that the moving company hired those middle aged ladies to do unpacking
no doubt they'd be more conscientious in nature and neat/tidy + knows where things go
And its also an opportunity for them to find employment
We talked to some of them and one of them said they applied because they had moved 9 times and so they felt like they were getting pretty qualified at unpacking things! They were super sweet.
@@RachelandJun Oh wow, only in japan host ( John Daub ) has already moved by 19 times his whole life in japan, maybe he's qualified too ;)
I thought that too, what a nice employment opportunity especially for those used to caring for a home!
I thought the exact same thing!
And they looked so sweet in their aprons 😭😭
You know what I just realized when I kept watching this over and over? Their "special boxes" were mostly plastic boxes, with the exception to some stuff being cardboard. I'm assuming that after they're finished unpacking all the special boxes into the new apartment, it can be reused for any future uses when needed. That's a small detail that I like about this. Thumbs up for the special and reusable boxes :)
Coroplast or corrugated plastic
I've moved with moving companies a few times in the US, and it's always been super expensive but really amateur feeling.
even if the respect is exaggerated because this is being filmed for a 2million sub channel, their readiness amazes me
The consideration to the neighbors and giving out boxes of tissues or just something as an apology was amazing.
My experience is it's a family run business and who ever had that day off and wanted extra cash came and moved stuff.
@@abouttime837 It's not exaggerated. That's what customerr service is like in 99.9% of the time in Japan. It's incredible.

Moving company in Japan...
1. Customer rep shows up in suit.
2. Every single worker gets a face to face, so you know who is supposed to be there.
3. Before we pack this, let's make sure the owner takes the cash out. (Barely a dollar...)
Your username makes me think you're going to be a conspiracy theorist but you always write such good, detailed comments. lmao
Moving company in Canada will tie you up on chair and steal money. True story, that happened to my boss.
So true lol
Japanese service is second to none.

Being a military kid, we moved a LOT, we lost lamps, computers and their monitors, televisions, and dozens of dishes no matter HOW well we boxed them up with EVERY move until we started using PODS and just doing it our damn selves.
AND THEY UNPACK SOME STUFF?! America STEP IT UP!
Also, Poor Little Poki: "SO MANY PEOPLE!"
I always rent a pickup truck to move to my new place because people here are *VERY* suspicious and i had the same problem with my packaged stuff being cut opened. I sometimes hate living here.
I'm an Army Brat and I agree.
@@maureenpirone3658 This Air Force brat agrees. I was in awe.
My only other move with a moving company was with a military mover, too. And yes they broke and lost several things lol
Yes! The whole time I'm watching this I'm thinking why can't the military movers be like this!!! My husband is still in the military so we've got at least 1 or 2 more moves in our future depending on when he decides to retire and I'm not looking forward to it. However, if they were like this company my stress levels would be so low! :)
When I was a wee one, my whole play-doh collection was gone!!!! THE TRAUMA!
Same here, my dad’s a marine and I’ve moved my whole life. My parents moved everything themselves and got help from co workers. Since they’re not as young anymore they decided to get movers to help and they broke & chipped some of our furniture 😂
That sounds familiar. When they go in they pack everything... Even the kitchen garbage... THAT they didn't lose.
The fact that they introduce themselves to the neighbors and apologize in advance for the move is already EONS ahead of American moving companies
Tbf it's eons ahead of many people moving privately..
If this company moved to America all the other moving companies would be out of business
How much cost for 10 people and work whole day? Not all the people can afford it. You get depend what you pay.

@@rymc3437 no really? Can you tell me more about it please? I already knew for the stressful life, but I didn't know this thing about rape!

i will definitely be taking some techniques from this video for my upcoming move, I thought it was genious as well!
I am insanely impressed by those. I've scuffed up so many walls moving.
Those are genius
Japanese moving company: Has special boxes for everything, temporary walls so nothing gets ruined, asks if eveything is okay, is beyond polite
my western moving company from when I moved into my apartment: shows up two hours late, only one moving guy, asks my dad to help him, scratches my bookcase and desk, puts the boxes only halfway up bc they decided the fifth floor wasn't part of the deal
They didn't have "special boxes" for everything but they packed things properly and helped to reinstall bed and closet, etc...
it's not the same company, you can't just compare premium company to normal company, did you try the premium company in your county?
I can’t stand that when they do that shit.
I always say make sure you have help to help you move, and I always come up with a reason why I won’t be helping, (like I have other stuff I will be doing, because if I am paying, and I then need to help, I will only be paying you half then).
They still try it and all I say is, no thank you, you can go and I will hire someone else.
So now they have just lost any money they would have made and they have used up a work slot so.
It works pretty well when they have to leave empty handed because they fucked up.
The older ladies unpacking for you guys was my favorite part. Like having three mom's helping you nest into your home with warmth and love. So nice!

They are a country that respect cleanliness. So the packaging tradition comes from that fact as well.

Hahaha same
And Japan has right...
Mushy Bananas lmao me too 😂
I can’t wait to go to Japan
Omg long lost sibling
Just me or was this *HELLA SATISFYING*
raza45 _________ HELL FRICKIN’ YEAH
I’m in awe while watching them pack.
Rachel: "Where are the cats?"
movers: "We had a special box for them."
why is this so funny to me
😭😭😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂😂
“We built a whole other house for them”
Lol, Haku would have loved the special box.
Poki: "they gave me threats 🤷🏼♀️😻!"
It’s just so wholesome how the movers played with Haku, my heart is breaking into a million pieces from the joy I feel
Sometimes I can’t believe the level of cultural sophistication in Japan
Personally, I wouldn't be able to stand it, I don't want someone treating me that way, and in turn, I don't wish to treat others that way. They go sickeningly overboard, even just all the head nodding alone makes me nauseous.
Fair enough. Good thing you have the option to stay away from this culture. I don’t think I’ll ever turn away good manners and quality customer service.
rdizzy1 I think you can speak for yourself on that end. I’ll take overly courteous and kind over rude and unprofessional, especially on a very, very stressful day like moving.
Spotted the MAGA idiot.
@@rdizzy1 they're culture is about everyone whole. That's why they go by their last name first before ever going by the first name. They're not selfish people. They respect each other like how they expect to be treated. This is centuries in the making tho. America is a very young country. We have a lot to learn.
the Japanese are SO COOL! Clean, efficient, polite, we all have much to learn from this example!
cheers!
Yes! My husband lived there while in the Marines, and he said there is no trash along the roads! People are respectful and clean!
I was surprised of all the gadgets and stuff they had like the furniture socks, a rod in a box for putting clothes in with hangers, a box for dishes that secures them, a box for ceiling lights and for tvs! oml it's so magical lol
@@BookReviewsWithBecky i agree its clean, polite and cool, but its hell bent running from being efficient. I can do this in 5 seconds, gimme some wd40, an open window, and a bouncy table, yeet that shit.
@@naritruwireve1381 In the US UHaul sells those "wardrobe" boxes for hanging clothes.
That shot of Poki just tightly packed into that cubicle is so funny to me.

I love his face LOL
I definitely lost it too 😆
I read this comment right as it happened 😂 I feel like the cat was staring it my soul

I'm really frightened about my next move after the last moving company I was involved with - they tried to cheat me and actually stole one of my boxes with valuable content (I couldn't prove it). Seeing this video now is really painful since no matter how much money I'd spend there's no moving company remotely similar to this where I live.
Ouch, that hurts me just reading it... I'm so sorry about what happened!!
@@D.G.W.L Thank you
Where do you live??
@@praybogard9736 I'm from Germany and there's of course lots of ordinary decent moving companies hereabout (I was just unlucky with that last one). But the kind of service shown in the video is hard to get anywhere outside Asia I daresay.
@@Yoshina1 Ich werde auch demnächst umziehen (müssen) u d möchte diesmal ein Unternehmen engagieren. Würdest du mir vlt sagen, auf wen ich dabei verzichten sollte?
Vielen Dank =)
Oh my gosh, the level of politeness! 'Can I open this closet' oh my gosh!!
Bella Beatz- japanese (and most eastern asian people in general, I believe?) are just very considerate of your own personal space and belongings. you’re the client but you’re treated with utmost respect, not just seen as the person who’s paying for the service tbh. we should all learn a bit from this, wish people would be like this as I absolutely despise people touching my personal stuff without permission beforehand.
Was waiting for the *we have a special box for packing cats* 😂
Right⁉😊
Me too!
called a stove! joke joke, X_X
HA! Yes!
XDDDD
I'd watch a show following these guys packing different houses, especially durty and messy ones.
there's a Japanese TV show called 大改造!!劇的ビフォーアフター that use this company's service, but they don't show the process in details. the show is about house renovations so they call these guys to help cleaning & packing before the renovation starts.
Somebody tell Netflix about this. Like Marie Kondo's Show but for moving
@Faolair Leloup Someone forgot the obligatory *Japan sparks joy. America does not spark joy*
I love how they work so fast and gentle and actually answering questions. It’s amazing but I’d be scared to have them pack my stuff just cause I don’t like people in my space but they seem so professional and respectful about your space. And they have special boxes for everything!
Very gentle. Not rushing. No stress between workers & client. Very polite. I wanna move to Japan.
If you've got a degree there are a lot of companies out there that offer English speakers the chance to move to japan to teach English as a second language. It's what I'm planning to do.
I'm going in I just graduated in veterinary medicine
im sure this wouldnt have been cheap... there are minimum 3 employee working on this.
Japanese people love tourist and are extremely polite to them. Immigrating to Japan and they same people will spit on you. Since Japan is one of the most racist country there is. Have fun
If you immigrate to japan, you must follow them, imagine you have to constantly act like the workers in the video whenever you are in front of people.
If they opened a branch in the usa they would destroy the competition. Over the years I have moved a lot and have never seen it happen that smoothly and efficiently.
But can they find employees that has the same work ethic in japan?
@@Nimbusstar17 There are people out there. And with the amount people would pay for this experience, they could pay them well and they wouldn't want to leave.
@@Nimbusstar17 I think if they were paid well and had the training theres at least a chance .
@@dropded_ You have a point shoot I would settle for there updated boxes when moving like the ones for the dishes thats genius
I'm sure you could find employees in the US with the right attitude, I just doubt that Americans would be willing to pay what this service level would cost. We're rather notorious for picking the cheapest option regardless of relative quality.
I'm basically Rachel. Yes, I understand that this is your job. Yes, I feel awkward having you do all these things that are in your job description for me when I'm perfectly capable of doing it.
hahahahhaa same XD
Exactly. I never, *ever* wanna be a bother, which gets kinda ridiculous sometimes haahah.
I'm like the annoyingly polite type. Except when people are really being rude, then I can forget about manners completely.. Lol.
LITERALLY ME. We go on cruise ship holidays a lot, I always get told off by the members of staff because I start tidying up and they're like "No, this is your holiday. We're here to serve you" but im like LET ME HELP YOU

Froste I had to giggle cause I am so much like that too. When I have a repairman or whatever fix something, I have to leave room where he is working or I will be a pain I think. I just cannot sit back and do nothing when someone else working. Even when I have my guy I pay mow my lawn, I have to keep out of sight till done or I will be making a big pest of myself!

Them selling appliances is just genius!
It definitely is and super helpful as it's discounted
I know, right?! At first it seemed like such a strange thing, but it makes so much sense I'm surprised it's not a thing here.
I remember watching the Begin Japanology episode about moving companies! They actually have training centers with really narrow hallways and stairs so that the movers can be ready to move anything. They even teach the workers how to carry a box correctly.
The way they were lifting those large items through the window was amazing 😁.
I was going to ask if they went to booth camp, lol.
I wish someone cared about me as much as the movers cared about Rachel and Jun’s belongings

LOOOLL
*sigh*...so do i 😢
When furniture got more love than you got..... 😢
oof
I lived in Japan for over 20 years, and yes, these companies are very careful and helpful. Best thing ever 🥰
That's so great
Their commercial should have granddad and the pets being moved in place. After the move, granddad looks up, notices things have changed, and asks if the housewife has painted the walls.
TheGorignak woaw.. So fucking degrading...

I love how they have special boxes for everthing and how even the hallway is safe with protection. I love how careful they are with everything. And the cleaning things before packing it. And the apology to the neighboors.

In a Japanese train there Pink seats for Pregnant women's
And no one sits in there just Pregnant women and they even respect that. There a whole bank for "old" and "ill" people and oly they sit in there.
Theres peace everywhere no one talks to respect that when people try to sleep and they dont even answer calls. It amazes me how respectful there are

and here's me..pspsfspfpsfpsf ing stranger cat....and they run away as fast as they could
I have the same tendency, too. Not complaining, though. :)
I mean that's pretty impressive but I like to point out I packed all my glasses and dishes in my clothes when I moved so they wouldn't shatter and ended up with glass shards stuck in all my clothes so who's the real expert here... 😌
Been there!! I've also lost so much stuff in moves, it's crazy
Mad lad.
awh that's sad...
So they have a special box for clothes huh
When I was moving I had to put them in my fridge
I don't know if you're joking or not, but honestly that seems like a great place to put them? Like, shove an adjustable curtain rod in there and it's the perfect little portable closet.
I'm laughing but I know it's probably true.
One piece bruddah
I put mine on the bed hanging on the hangers still and wrap it up like a big Santa bag so I can just unwrap it and put everything back on the rack in a new closet lol some get wrinkled but it’s never in it long enough and it’s easy to throw it over the shoulder and go 😂🤷🏻♀️
Lol putting weird stuff in places its not supposed to be when moving is so relateable
