Just had a pair delivered. They are on the porch ready for return. The 300 series don’t have the provision for the shoulder bolt and my drill press cant hog out that diameter.
The worst part was the customer service person at a online parts service (NOT ZDRIVE) told me I needed new axle bolts. When I asked why the video states I use the same bolts he had a mini meltdown.
@@MrGhendri I am ordering mine tomorrow for the zero turn. I will have to make some adjustment, drill or buy a clamp for it. Does it work okay or you need to buy the manual hand release? Remember are three types. 1. Remove by hand. 2. Manual move. 3. Electric move. Electric about $367. Remove by hand $37.00 Manual move $167.00. For now I will buy #1 Remove by hand $37.00
I bought a z325 in 2020, its junk, blew through 3 belts in 1 month it wasnt put together correctly, the spindles where damaged as well, so those needed replace the drive arm fell off 72 hrs on machine. Junk
I operated a Z970 on very uneaten ground . The front bounced around a lot . Watch videos of the ZGlide mounted on the front . Will be a game changer . I bought a Z345 R and I am mounting the ZGlide on mine in the front . Gonna save my nevk
Funny how the video said absolutely nothing, nor did it show anything about what the ZGLIDE is supposed to accomplish on a new mower. The one word, "SUSPENSION"? What does that entail? Can you show us the difference? It would have also been nice to see that the ZGLIDE was color matching. Additionally, it would have been nice to see some thought went into the design, by correcting John Deere's idiotic "one-way bolt pattern" on both sides. (In actuality, there should be a "L/H" and "R/H", instead of universal fit.) APPEARANCE is important to those of us that actually care what something looks like.
