Indonesians indeed based from Dutch and Japanese with some Soviet or Prussian influence. Malaysia did not follow the Indian style marching, it's still follow British style. And Philippines mostly use the American style rather than Spanish style.

The whole ASEAN countries are very militaristic except for the philippines its because of the recent uprisings back in the 90s we invest very little on military nost of our government's money goes to education and healthcare but i think that is changing cause there has been alot of military aquisitions for the past 5 years cause of the Beijing threat
