I think it’s because you cut the garlic when it’s wet, so now the colour is a bit green; but eventually it’s will turn back to the normal white colour.😍🙏🏻
@ No, they were dry. I did soak them in vinegar for 15 minutes to get rid of bacteria prior to grinding. I should have letting them dry first. Too late now because I threw the jar in the garbage. I will try again. Thank you for the reminder.

Prepare in advance: 1. Blender 2. Induction cooker 3. Ice cube maker (with lid) Steps: 1. Put a stainless steel bowl on the cooker, add in boiled-up water. Heat up at high flame. 2. Put lid, blades and glass bowl of the blender in the boiled-up water. Boil for a while. 3. All the equipment, blow dry. 4. Garlics, put in the blender, blend well. Shake the blender after half minute. Continue blending. 5. Garlic sauce, put in an vacuum air-tight glass ware. Add in oil up to total volume of the ware. Lock it properly. Shake well. 6. The remaining garlic sauce, put in an ice cube making ware with lid. Add in appropriate amount of oil. Put into freezer for future consumption. 7. Complete. Garlics, which is antibiotic.
