Domains have existed for the purpose of clashing with other domains as well, especially since if higuruma opens his and gojo opens his, both sorcerers would fight for which domain is stronger in that space so only one domain can remain, and between the two there’s only one winner. Also higurumas domain can take away curse objects you’re right but six eyes isn’t considered a curse object, it’s considered a genetic mutation. Regardless tho, even if we hypothetically say his domain would work on gojo, if higuruma gets the sword then he’s still not able to touch gojo since he’s the 2nd strongest physically in the verse after sukuna while not only is higuruma not top 10 in that aspect, but is considered a liability in hand to hand, so all he needs to do is just damage higuruma enough till he won’t be able to sustain his ct then gojo gets his ct back, or just outright kill him if he needs to
