most of the people don't know that the 2nd coldest inhabitable place in the world is in INDIA yeah you read it right, Dras town of Laddakh is the second coldest inhabitable place on earth, the coldest ever temperature recorded in this mountain township was -60°C (-76°F) in January 1995.
