67 had the Plymouth letters across the front. 68 and 69 had them on the right side
Got a ride to the airport from Wisconsin to Illinois in a hot summer of 73. My mother's friends husband also had a fibreglass replica of James Bond's car with some working gimmicks! The 'Cuda was the yellow underneath that red...

1971 1972 I had 67 formula s 340 it would literally pull the wheels off the ground with a little modification to the motor it'd be nice to be 17 Again would that car loved
i've been wanting one like that for a long time, except 4 speed. I wanna small engine like that because I drive cross country every autumn. I'm just afraid. The last time 2 times I had an old car I loved, some fool hit me and totaled it. I'm afraid I'm jinxed and don't want to ruin another nice car. Right now, I'm driving an old sawed off, lifted, Diesel dually, with 4 inch steel pipe bumpers, big winch on the front, ugly hitch on the rear, and a plastic AK 47 hanging in the rear glass. Nobody cuts me off or crowds me. I'm the terror of the county, and I fear retribution if I get another nice car.
Well, I'm sure you're not jinxed:) Sounds like you're due for a classic. The red Barracuda was a nice one, but I can certainly understand a little reluctance driving across country in one. We're spoiled by the newer cars. Be patient, something will come along. Thank you for the comment. Rich

Commando V8 on that car means 235hp 4bbl unslinced air cleaner! That's not a commando!
They forgot the PLYMOUTH lettering (individual letters) on the front panel of the car. Seat belts......I didn’t think they were available till ‘68 🤔.

Retractable seatbelts were options that could be ordered. My 64Dart GT had them in the front, clearly marked on the order/build form the original owner still had when I bought it from her

Rich Dean no problem I'll keep watching like I said I really miss mine it was fun and altways got the compliments , not to mention with a good tune I could run mid low 12 second 1/4 miles

If it was a real formula S it would be a high compesion solid lifter four BBL with upgraded suspension etc but she is nice to as a clone

Rich Dean - I should have said it's not a commando v - 8 as it would have the engine I described this is just a v-8 model
Pretty nice. I have 67 dart w/ the slant 6 225. It won't die! Az car no rust.
