Tax Updates to the NewRetirement Planner (March 2022)

The NewRetirement Planner has been updated with three important changes to our tax modeling:
1. Free users now have a flat 3% state tax rate modeled (PlannerPlus members still get state-specific income tax modeling)
2. RMD tables are now current as of 2022 tax law
3. We no longer adjust Social Security taxability thresholds (a very important change)
