I was at the game today and I thought disasi was excellent. He got a great assist for Neto, he was given captain and was commanding the defense. Neither goal was his fault and he had to play right back when he’s actually a centre back by trade. Like this guy gets criticised a lot so I think it’s worth giving him his flowers all things considered
Excellent assessment, even Maresca in his post match interview noted the switching off towards the end that led to concession of the second goal.
The recruitment is now starting to make sense in the eyes of the rival fans.
You gotta believe it, and we the Chelsea fans did believed in the future when everybody was doubting our process.
I'm not even convinced with Chelsea yet, there's more room for improvement and more success loading.

Do you know that despite Nkunku yet to start any premier League match he still have more goals than Man Utd this season
Analysis makes sense to me but it's a lower level game, the rhythm, the spaces, the pressure was totally different to high level games.
I think Joao Felix was annoyed because he was taking extra liberties beating players and holding onto the ball and taking extra touches but still a lot of what he did didn't come off.
I think he would play better with more tension and tempo to the game.
Drawing with Porto is by no means the end of the world.

Watanabe for Gent had a good game. He intercepted a lot of dangerous balls, won a lot of duels and was immense in set pieces. He also scored but was culpable for the Neto goal.
We have small problem in the defense that is why we tried to sign Tomas Araujo this summer. I am quite confident that in January we will buy a new Center Back and that will be most likely Tomas Araujo from Benfica

You might get accepted as a Chelsea Fan Alice if you hand in the Yanited shirt. Yes we gonna loose a game here and there. Maybe a battering even. But we are at least nice to watch. Even our so called "B-Team" Attackers bring a smile on your face. Just let it sink realy deep down: We still talk about Mudryk, Neto, Felix and Nkunku. They easily make the starting eleven for most clubs outside the Top5. For the bigger clubs we might talk about maybe 1 or 2 of them. I doubt we are going to sign an "elite striker". The club decided Nkunku gets a Striker Spot. So you cant bring in a Striker who demands to be either the main men or at least the No.2 in the packing order. Those spots arent availible at Chelsea. When we signed Felix the Striker door got closed. Without him we could kept Nkunku as the Cole Backup and getting another Forward.
Next summer will be very interesting in regards to the Chelsea Attackers. And the summer transfer window. Estevao comes finaly to Chelsea. So either Neto or Noni getting sold. Or Neto moves to the left. For Jadon we got an obligation to buy. And when Neto moves over from the right i guess Mudryk will be gone. I could see Paez getting played as an 8. Pretty much the Enzo Backup. The situation for next summer is truely crazy. We already got 4 players coming in with Estevao, Kendry Paez, Anselmino and Santos(return from loan) And all 4 are expected to stay with the first team. And getting seriuos minutes in their first season for Chelsea. The list of players to be sold/loaned extends quickly. Mudryk, Chelobah, Broja, Datro Fofana, Carns, Sterling, Chilwell and Disasi. I guess these are the "most wanted" to be gone. We could add Casedai and Uguwuchukwo to the list. Because their "replacements"(Santos+Paez) are coming in. Or they getting a loan and the "value" gets parked elsewhere for now. Casedai could be the direct replacement for Santos at Straßburg. And Santos loans to the sister club are a great success for his development so far.
I realy hope our owners getting a bit more serious about Straßburg in 1 or 2yrs. Try to get the club into constant Conference or Europa League spots in the french league table. The improvement for future loans to them would be huge and a true opportunity for young talents. I mean comon you spend 1,2bil on Chelsea so far? 50-100mil for Straßburg should easily be doable.And for that much money in france you should be able to have a team compete for european football every year.

Alice please do performance graph for Chelsea and Utd, for the past 5 years. I seem to remember Chelsea being less then watchable, yet still win Champions league. I do not understand how the Man utd can be trash, compared to the team of Giggs, Rooney, van Nistelrooy. The Arsenal do not get good respect, because the formidable Utd are nowhere.
I actually think Mudryk struggles due to the fact his family is left in Ukraine. No one mentions that possibility when they slaughter him.
