    They should install reactors nearby places where all politicians/ministers live. This will give confidence to people.

    These can be used to power our chip fab units also🤔 since they require huge amounts of un interupted supply of energy.🙄.
    This could attract more global players in semiconductors too.🤞✌️👍

    Answer b ; To reduce the speed of neutrons we use heavy water which is a good moderator.
    Ps: feel sad that we have wasted so much of capital on thorium reactor r&d and are still not successful. Thorium reactors are safer than uranium one's and waste produced degrade faster. We have not only costed our farmers but the rare earth industry as well with the decision to go on with thorium extraction still we failed which is a double hit for us.
