I suffered by this for like a few days. Having three canker sores to me is nornal cuz i had five once. I could barely eat in peace but tysm!! Im subbing to u. U solved my fears of those sores

Thank You! Well it works like a miracle, i saw the video yesterday thinking hopelessly if thus would work or do i have to suffer for another few weeks, but this works overnight! Mine is almost gone, it was on my tongue and was big and red, but now the redness has decreased and the pain is gone too!

i currently have 7 canker sores 😭 ill give updates
I use warm water and salt and after i use honey and i let it sit there supposed to shorten the healing process and last i use ice to temporarily numb it

it is a hell i have like 25 of them all around my mouth i cant eat shit or drink shit even water makes me want to kill myself

@@coressence There is no way u said this over him running water in a sink for not even 30 seconds. if ur that broke then yea it may concern you but judging by the sink you can tell that its not one of his problems.

I did this for 1min and then rinced and first 15 minutes were ok but the the pain got in and i alnost tore of my hair from pain.i took a tbs. Of salt and warm water and here is what om left with

Yes, actual healing still takes time, but the high concentration of salt is destructive to the exposed canker sore cells which gives your body an advantage in the healing process.

So, I bit my cheek weeks ago, and now I have a stupid really bad canker sore. In fact, I also have one on my lip and one on my tongue. I don’t know how the lil and tongue ones started, though. But I’ll try doing this and see if it heals.
I just hate when I bite my cheek cause it almost guarantees a sore - and then cause it’s swollen you end up biting it again!

It kinda depends on how bad the sore is. If you get it early, I would say very little. If you wait too long there is a temporary sense of ‘rubbing salt in an open wound’ until you rinse. Moral is - get it early. 👍

1- pain tolerance is individual. For me, a salt water rinse is perhaps a 0-1.
2 - doing nothing is going to lead to way more pain.

You may be experiencing something other than a canker sore. Canker sores are on the gums or mouth tissue. If possible, consider getting looked at by a doctor.

@@biksplayz735 it took me until day 19 for it to finally go away (after my doctor said it would 'go away' in 5-7 days, when I had it lingering on day 5), went to a 2nd doctor to get another opinion and he said on day 12 i had canker sores that developed from a viral infection lingering in my gums, mouth, throat AND uvula despite staying home for the past 2 weeks prior for remote work. Never want to deal with that shit ever again, especially not for 19 days and not having it since 12 years prior
edit: the two OTC medications recommended by the 2nd doctor contained Valaciclovir and Chlorhexidine Gluconate respectively, that shit numbed all my pain within 12 hours despite the canker sores staying there for an additional 7 days. Also completely abandoned salt water since it just made the pain recur.
